Villa Monsalva - 19th Century Valencian House

Villa Monsalva is a traditional Valencian house built in the 19th century and fully renovated in 2021. It is surrounded by orange groves and located in the town of Corbera, very close to Valencia.

The house has two floors, featuring a swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the orange groves.
Monsalva offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The house accommodates up to 11 people.

Upper Floor

Spacious terrace with a lounge area and outdoor dining space.
Three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bedroom with two bunk beds and a sofa bed.

Porch with dining table and barbecue, plus an outdoor terrace with a lounge area.

Swimming pool and solarium, surrounded by orange groves.
The neighborhood consists of old orange groves and their respective farmhouses, making it a beautiful and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation.
A car or bicycle is necessary to move around the area.

Villa Monsalva is very close to Cullera Beach and the Albufera Natural Park, 35 km from Valencia and the airport, and 15 minutes from Sueca train station.

In Valencia: Museums, Cathedral, Silk Exchange (Lonja), etc.
In Gandía: Borgia Palace.
In Xàtiva: Castle and Collegiate Church.
We will recommend Valencian cuisine restaurants in the area. The region is known for rice dishes and fresh vegetables.

Upon arrival, you must present a valid ID, sign a rental contract, and check the inventory list for verification.
A €500 deposit is required as a guarantee against any damages. It will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage has occurred.
