Delightful 1 bed lodge in South Downs village - Pass the Keys

Have a wonderfully relaxing time in this beautifully decorated stable conversion. Foodies will love the great gastro pubs and restaurants within walking distance in the village and you are close to the South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour AONB and attractions such as West Dean Gardens, the beaches at the Witterings and the world famous Goodwood Estate with it's horse and motor racing events. There's a pretty outdoor area overlooking the meadow for drinks and al-fresco dining.

This charming stable conversion offers cosy accommodation with a king bedroom and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious and is open plan with the sitting room and dining area. A large bi-fold door fully opens with views of the the meadow beyond! Retire to the comfortable sofa after dinner for a relaxing movie night in. Outside is a small patio area with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sundowner.

There is an allocated parking space for one car and EV charger with type 11 socket. The lodge is all on one level. The villages of Funtington and West Ashling are both walkable, with a choice of country pubs and restaurants. There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with buses to Chichester.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
