To the front of the house is a lane which leads down to the beach, so simply pack up a picnic and head off to the shore - a charming holiday home in a lovely location. Brook House offers traditional style accommodation over three floors, spacious and comfortably furnished throughout - perfect holiday living for five guests in three bedrooms. The property has a well equipped kitchen, sitting room with a couple of sofas and dining table and chairs - a feature of the room is the lovely exposed stone wall. There’s even parking for two cars, unusual in this popular village. Be sure to book a table at the highly acclaimed Masons Arms Inn during your stay. Brook House is close to the village centre and the beach. Branscombe is in a sheltered bay on the beautiful east Devon World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The village has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Beer beach and stroll around the village. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away. Beer 2 miles, Sidmouth 3 miles. Size: sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms Beds: 1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds, 1 x single bed. Accommodation Ground floor Hallway: washing machine, tumble dryer. Work top freezer. First floor Sitting room: two 2-seater sofas, TV, electric wood burner, door to small balcony with chairs and countryside views. Dining area: dining table and chairs. Kitchen: double electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave. Hatchway through into the living room/dining area. Second floor Bedroom 1: two single beds, side table and lamp. Bedroom 2: double bed, fitted wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, small TV. Bedroom 3: single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC. Entertainment: Freeview TV, DVD Player. Radio/Cassette/CD Player. Outside: balcony with table and chairs accessed from sitting room. Parking: two parking spaces to the rear. General: WiFi. Linen and towels not included but can be hired. Night storage heating. Pets: dogs welcome.
