What makes this property unique
Night storage heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Hairdryer. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking for one car. Parking is available in a local car park approx 300 yards away, with an allocated space for one car. There is space at the bottom of the road however for loading/unloading. 1 dog allowed. No smoking. Please note: The front door opens onto Fore Street which is the main street into the harbour. Please note: The property is opposite a pub which has a fan so could be noisy. Please note: There are also steep stairs leading to bedrooms upstairs.
