We love Indian Pass

The house was great. Was exactly what we wanted. Our biggest complaints were the shower heads had no water pressure. We took them off and cleaned them and it helped some. The maintenance guy that came said he’d have to order new ones. There was also zero lights over the pool and the carport area. Again the guy came and said they would have to order new light bulbs. Thankfully my husband brought a light we were able to plug up outside. All in all great memories were made and we had a fabulous week! We’re looking to book again next year. May get a bigger house but plan to book through this company! This was our second year booking through Cape and Coast!

Beach vacation with friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like By-the-Sea, so much so that this was the 4th time I have rented it. It is a cozy little house right on the beach, great for 3-6 people. This time two friends and I stayed for 2 weeks. We had a great time walking on the beach and eating seafood at the many local restaurants. The rental agency responded promptly to our issues. I have and will continue to recommend this house and Cape and Coast Vacation Rentals to my friends.
