## Space

Villa Flavia is a very comfortable villa offering plenty of space with its 940m2 of land which is quite unique in Vale da Telha. Being constructed in 2008 it features gas fired central heating, double glazing and wood-beamed vaulted ceilings.

The outdoor area has everything to offer for a great holiday: a south-facing pool, covered terrace, BBQ and great garden. The pool was specifically designed with exercise in mind.

Your upstairs ensuite room has a double bed and a single sleeping sofa and a private balcony at the front of the building. The fully equipped kitchen and a dining area is to prepare and enjoy your meals and is shared with tho other rooms. The sitting room is equipped with a fireplace to heat up the colder evenings or to watch a movie on the super relaxed large couch.

## Access

This room & bathroom is all yours for optimal privacy and space. The rest of the spaces are shared with 2 other rooms in total.

## Neighborhood

Our sunny villa is located on the outskirts of Aljezur called Vale da Telha, offering you a quiet and private space without being in the middle of nowhere.

Vale da Telha is a small village in the middle of the Costa Vicentina nature reserve. It is very popular amongst families, nature lovers and surfers alike. A selection of restaurants & bars and a small supermarket are there for your day to day comforts. The larger and historic Aljezur is only 15 minutes away and has everything you need. The town is located right in the middle between famous surf beach Arrifana and the less well known but perhaps even prettier Monte Clerigo beach. Other beaches like Amoreira, Amado and Odeceixe are just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax, go for a surf or enjoy an amazing hike in the nature reserve, Vale da Telha is the place to be. And if you do crave city life at some point, the city of Lagos is only 35 minutes away.

## Transit

From Faro Airport it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale da Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
