Cesa del Louf is a chalet rented for exclusive use (single rooms are not rented), self catered or fully catered, as guests wish.
It is located in the Dolomites, at an altitude of 1700m, dominating the town of Arabba, with a private park with 20,000m2 of pasture and 4,000m2 of wood. Excellent panoramic view from all rooms, southern exposure with at least 6 hours of sun in winter.
There are two rental options:
- Maso (547 m2 including 3 bedrooms and additional beds for up to 14 guests);
- Maso Superior (827 m2 including 5 bedrooms and additional beds for up to 20 guests)
Exclusive features:
- Absolute privacy and security for guests: access from the village via a private gravel road: the nearest building is 700 meters away
- Direct access to the Dolomiti Superski and Sella Ronda slopes via a short off-piste route or with a private shuttle service; the Marmolada, the highest peak in the Dolomites, can be reached in 30 minutes on skis
- Top-level technological systems for absolute comfort
- Large internal spaces: two fully equipped kitchens, internal and external barbecue, four wood-burning fireplaces
- Two terraces: one for breakfast on the east side, with a large barbecue, and one on the west side for lunch.
- Balconies around the whole building
- 150 m2 wellness area with swimming pool with counter-current swimming system, whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area and wood stove

- Garage for 3 cars and large outdoor parking (if there is no snow)

The renovation work on the chalet lasted 7 years: the meticulous research of materials, the restoration made it possible to maintain the original appearance of the old farm, equipped with all modern comforts: heated floor, large windows, smoke extractors on the roof for wood stoves, air recirculation system.
The premises are furnished with original antique furniture.
A permanent art exhibition has been set up in the premises, reserved for guests only, with works by UNIKA, the association of sculptors of Val Gardena, and paintings by Raimond Mussner.
