Beautiful San Diego family friendly home

This beautiful home is perfect for a family getaway or family reunion. It sleeps 16. It is centrally located within 30 minutes to most of San Diego's major hot spots, San Diego Zoo, Lego-land, beaches, Safari Park, etc. We have 7 bedrooms - 6 with Queen beds and the master bedroom has a King. Beautiful backyard with a large pool/Jacuzzi and slide. In ground trampoline, basketball/volleyball/badminton sport court, pool table, bonus/movie room, outdoor fireplace and much much more! We have 4 full bathrooms, all with step in showers, 1 large tub in the master. We have a large bonus room upstairs and a small family room downstairs off the kitchen both with Apple TV. No pets allowed. Pool area quiet after 10 pm during the school year and 11 pm during the summer. Your family will have an amazing time at this very family -friendly property.

Perfect home for our family (8 adults, 4 kids, 2 babies) vacation. Came equipped with everything we needed including beach toys and baby high chair and portable crib. The kids loved the pool and awesome slide. Very responsive host.

Loved our stay in this beautiful family friendly home. So much to do in San Diego! The kids loved swimming everyday in the resort style backyard! Home was perfect for our large family of 8 adults & 6 children (ages 10 months to 16). Everyone had their own space and we never felt crowded. One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in & would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area. Very well stocked, the host has thought of everything! You will not regret booking this home!

What the photos of the property leave out is the literal hundreds of family photos. It was odd. The house is dated and a little run down, but it met the needs of our group. The main issue is the air conditioning. There are 2 units - one for the front half and one for the back half. We had to set the front one at 60 degrees to get the front half to be in the 70s. The back half was also set to the 60s to achieve a 70s temp. We experimented for several days to get it right.

House was perfect for our family. Plenty of space kitchen had all the cooking equipment. Host was fantastic, very quick to respond. The time of year there were a lot of spiders / bugs. Overall it was a great experience and I could see myself going back

We had an amazing stay with our troop. Our girls enjoyed the huge game room and there was ample space for group meals. It is a beautiful home that is perfect for families with kids. We will definitely try and book again next year.

Poway vacation

The owner was responsive and we had everything we needed. The rooms worked great for us and the back yard is awesome. We’ll look to stay here again as it’s about 10 minutes from our friends’ homes.

Great vacation home

Our second stay at this house and both have been outstanding. Great accommodations in a beautiful neighborhood. Outstanding amenities. The yard is fantastic with pool, hot tub, trampoline, pickleball, and outdoor barbecue setup. The hostess could not be nicer and is very attentive to your needs.

Beautiful family oriented home!

We are a three generation family, with ages from 70 years to 7 months, and this home was perfect for everyone. Lots of activities, close to major attractions, and a very comfortable home to relax in.

We had a great stay at this house, and it worked perfectly for our group of seven women, and we each prefer to have our own bedrooms. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the layout made it easy for us to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well‑stocked with everything you’d need, which made cooking at home really convenient. The only downside was that the built‑in ice maker didn’t work, and although there was a small countertop ice maker available, it couldn’t keep up with seven people. We ended up buying bagged ice throughout the week. We also removed the rugs in the kitchen because a couple of us almost tripped on them.The lower bathroom shower is definitely on the small side, which was tricky for a couple of us. My room stayed cold—which I personally loved—but adjusting the temperature in the house was a little confusing with two separate units. Not a deal‑breaker, just something to be aware of.The upstairs toilet handle broke on our first day an unfortunately couldn’t be repaired because the property maintenance team was out of town. Even so, communication with the host was excellent, and they stayed responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The pool is fantastic and was one of our favorite parts of the property. It was also a nice bonus that beach towels were provided. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and almost everywhere we wanted to go was only about a 30‑minute drive, which made getting around really easy.Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The location and outdoor spaces were perfect for our family reunion. House fit our group of 15 very comfortably. Plenty of activities and the location is perfect for enjoying San Diego. Host was great to work with.

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at the house. It's 10 minutes from our two sets of friends and plenty of room for the whole family. I would like the pool warmer this time of the year but it wasn't so cold we couldn't get in either. My grandkids love the outdoor amenties (bball court, trampoline etc..) and the area is quiet and just perfect for my family. We'll hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Perfect for our Family

This was a perfect size and location for our family reunion. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed some beach days as well. Comfortable beds... a little warm in some of the upstairs rooms, but fans were provided. WELL STOCKED kitchen and beautiful area. We hiked Twin Peaks and enjoyed the nearby park.

Absolutely wonderful!!! This is our second time staying at this property. Our family loves the house and definitely the pool , it’s hard to tear the grandkids away to go to the beach. Owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns . If there were 10 stars I would give them.

Fun Time

This was an excellent property for our needs. My grandchildren immensely enjoyed the pool and all the fun things to do. It was great! The hot tub didn't work, ice maker was not working properly, other than that it was the best place ever! Many thanks for sharing your home!
