A lawned garden with a sunken patio area and table and chairs, wicker corner unit and barbecue.
Parking for three cars on the gravel driveway at the side of the property. There is chicken wire along the bottom of the five bar gate to make it more secure.
The cottage has a 7kW electric vehicle charger with overnight charging (between 1am and 6am). The charger has a type 2 tethered lead, which will fit most cars. (Small additional charge).
Secure cycle storage for up to three bicycles.
