Acquamarina 5 by All4sardinia

Mini Residence ‘Acquamarina’ consists of 6 apartments 50 metres from the sea.

Apartments of approximately 55 square metres each consist of: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

Swimming pool reserved for guests of the residence.

There are three types of apartments:

* (5-6) Two first floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Monte Arista and a veranda with sea view where you can eat.

* (3-4) Two central ground floors, these are the most private apartments, with a larger veranda and double entrance to the kitchen/living room and private barbecue area.

(No. 1-2) Two front ground floors with a large veranda with granite columns and a private barbecue area; adaptable bathrooms (for people with reduced mobility in their lower limbs).

In order to ensure total security, there is a video surveillance system in the areas leading to the property and in the pool area.

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10

It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment 50€

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Motorrad Urlaub Juni/Juli 2013

Die Lage ist perfect um mit dem Motorrad die Insel zu erkunden. Man ist sehr schnell in den Bergen mit dem Bike und kann dort auf tollen kurvigen Strecken sie Insel erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist total schön in einer gepflegten Anlage direkt am Meer. Und trotzdem mit Pool. Der Sonnenaufgang am Meer und Abends der Sonnenuntergang in den Bergen. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Traumhaft schön

Ein herrliches Objekt direkt am Sandstrand mit einer tollen Gartenanlage mit tollem Pool mit Blick auf die Berge. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt in der Nähe. Auch andere schöne Buchten indirekter Nähe. Einfach nur herrlich. Der Hausverwalter Marco hat immer ein offenes Ohr und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Idealer Ort um sich zu erholen

Die Appartements und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, komplett neu und ideal um zu entspannen. Jeder Raum hat eine eigene Klimaanlage und es gibt ein freies W-LAN. Das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und der Strand ist nicht zu überlaufen, mit dem Auto sind auch weitere schöne Strände leicht zu erreichen. Wunderschöner Pool und Außenanlage mit Sitzgelegenheiten unter Olivenbäumen. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Traumhafte Anlage direkt am Mittelmeer

Die Anlage ist erst 2021 fertiggestellt worden. Alles mit Geschmack eingerichtet und in einem Top-Zustand Es gibt nur 6 Wohneinheiten, dazu sehr gepflegte Außenanlage mit einem Pool. Die Anlage liegt in erster Reihe direkt am Mittelmeer (großer Strand). Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind supernett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, wenn man Hilfe brauchen sollte. In der Wohnnung hat jeder Raum eine moderne Klimaanlage. Kurz zusammengefasst: Alles ist wie beschrieben, wir vermissen den Sonnenuntergang hinter der Gebirgskette und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Mittelmeer schon jetzt....

Sehr gepflegt und direkt am Strand

Eine nagelneue, sehr gepflegte Anlage direkt am Strand mit glasklarem Wasser. Die Betreuung durch Marco war hervorragend. er stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Einige Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man das Auto nimmt ist die Auswahl groß. Mit dem Auto sind auch viele Strände unterschiedlicher Charakteristik (inklusive flache Strände mit feinem Sand) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gerne wieder

Sehr schöne neue Anlage in ruhiger Gegend

Wir waren 9 Nächte in dieser sehr schönen und gepflegten Anlage. Sie besteht aus 6 Einheiten, 2 im 1. Stock mit Terrasse und herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer, 2 im EG mit Terrassen die zur Seite gehen und damit etwas abseits sind. 2 kleine Häuschen sind davor angebaut, auch mit schönen Terrassen zum Garten. Die Wohnungen sind modern und geschmackvoll und fast mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine und Weingläser fehlten noch. Das hat der Manager, der immer gut zu erreichen war, aber sofort aufgenommen. Die Aussenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Pool ist top. Zum langen schönen Sandstrand geht man über eine kleine Strasse in 2 Minuten. Die Lage ist für Ruhe suchende perfekt, d.h. es gibt keine "Shopping Meile" o.ä. in direkter Nähe. Wir waren Mitte September dort und konnten fußläufig noch zwischen 2 Restaurants zum Essen wählen, welche aber gutes Essen hatten. Für den Einkauf des täglichen Bedarfs mussten wir 10 bis 15 min fahren. In der Hauptsaison gibt es vielleicht 2 bis 3 Lokale mehr und ein Mini Markt für das nötigste hat geöffnet, aber bei uns war leider schon einiges geschlossen. Trotzdem haben wir uns in der Anlage rundum wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Anlage mit Pool

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im August sehr genossen. Insbesondere der Pool war zum Ausspannen für uns und unseren Sohn das Highlight und die Anlage ist sehr schön und großzügig angelegt. Die Wohnung ist nagelneu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Multisplit-Klimaanlage war sehr leise und hat die Wohnung und insbesondere die Schlafzimmer bei den hohen Temperaturen im August sehr gut herunter gekühlt. Von der Terasse kann man Meerblick genießen, morgens hat man dort jedoch auch die Sonne, da sie unter dem Sonnensegel durchscheint, was in den Sommermonaten etwas warm sein kann. Wir haben daher immer drinnen gefrühstückt. Ab Mittags war der Sonnenschutz aber da und man konnte sehr gut auf der Terasse sitzen Bei den anderen beiden Wohnungen im Erdgeschoß des Gebäudes liegen die Terrassen zur Aussenseite des kleinen Komplexes, was etwas mehr Abtrennung von den Nachbarn bietet. In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants, die man fußläufig erreichen kann.
