Incredible vacation home with pool located in Can Pastilla, Palma. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, large terraces, swimming pool and garage for 2 cars. It is located just 10 minutes walk from the beach on foot and 5 minutes by car from the airport. Ideal for spending family vacations! Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge, high speed Internet (fiber optic) and barbecue. baby cot and high chair. There is smoke detectors for your safety.
Very close to the house, less than 5 minutes on foot, we find Purobeach (beach club by the sea).
You can take a bus from the airport (line A2) and the journey is very short, less than 20 minutes. Palma center is also accessible by bus and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Please, be aware that we will not accept reservations from groups under 23 years of age.
The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per person per night (adults only).We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity, which is why we include the first 150kw of consumption free of charge. Additional consumption will be charged at €0,2€ x kw/h.
Parties or loud music are NOT allowed, especially at night. Let's respect the rest of the neighbors.It is not allowed to smoke.

An Enjoyable Family Holiday, notwithstanding the few issues we found with the Villa and pool.

We liked the Villa , pool and location - being within walking distance of Palma. The Villa itself was roomy, but could do with some maintenance including the pool and new kitchen equipment provided. Just small things really that could help make the guests holiday experience much better.

Great house, lots of little touches

This place is older but very well kept. Great space. Outside area is amazing. There’s a table by the pool that has a tall light you can plug in and have dinner at night. Windows and shutters open the house wide up. Easy to pass stuff thru. AC is only in the living room. All bedrooms are upstairs. There are ceilings fans in the double bed rooms ( didn’t use twin rooms?) …. It is was low 60’s at night and mostly comfortable with windows open. Woke up sweating some. Bring earplugs, the planes start flying at 6 am and come right over the house. Have to stop talking if outside. There’s 20-30/ day Plenty of toilet paper and towels They have a grill but you have to buy charcoal and matches. Not worth it for our short stay. There was only one trash bag which I found odd…. But used the shopping bags. Trash dispensers are one block away. Location is great and we rented bikes for a few days and could keep them in the garage There’s a place for a car inside the gate if you rent one. This is a big deal. You don’t want to have to park on the street A lot of places to walk to and even more to bike to. Grocery store very close The boardwalk and the long beach is just beautiful I’d stay there again. We brought earplugs from previous reviews.

Vreselijk! Veel last bedbugs!

Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles goed, maar uiteindelijk valt alles uit elkaar en zitten er bedbugs/bedwantsen in de bedden. Mijn hele familie zit onder de rode bultjes. Ook een neefje die tijdens onze bruiloft in 1 van de kinderbedjes sliep zat onder. Verder deed de airconditioning het niet, maar dit was nooit gecommuniceerd van te voren. Het huis heeft echt een upgrade nodig! Ik raad dit aan niemand aan! Mits je gebeten wilt worden door bedbugs.
