3BR/2BA, BR1:1K, BR2:1Q, BR3:2T Day bed/trundle, Den: Q sleeper. Capture the wonder of it all at this beautiful beach home with an amazing creek view and dock. Large, covered front porch, large back deck overlooking creek and marsh, and ground level covered sitting area with swing and creek view! Enjoy fishing, crabbing, or kayaking directly from the property. Great location just a short walk to the beach! Recent renovations including new flooring, Living room furnishings, 5G WIFI, 3 TV's including 4K resolution 55" Smart TV. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and bath. Beautiful marsh views from both guest bedrooms. Open living, dining and kitchen, Central Heat & Air, Washer/Dryer, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed outside hot/cold shower, beach chairs, beach cart, surf fishing rods, crab trap, 2 kayaks, boogie and skim boards, charcoal grill, and more. Only .14 miles to beach and less than 1/2 mile to pier and Island Way restaurant. Linen fees for 3 BR's of $76 and $15 for Q sleeper are NOT included but can be arranged. No Smoking. Pet friendly. Check-In: 4:00PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM. Weekly rentals during peak season are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rates are available November through February.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is comfortable, welcoming, and well stocked. The location was great with amazing views from all of the rooms. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking right off the back of the property. The house was just a short walk to a beautiful section of the beach. Being able to bring our dog was an added bonus.

Perfect Off Season Retreat

Aloha had all the amenities of home. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. Additionally, the proximity to Southport and other Strand beaches allowed us to explore the coast.

Excellent location. All required amenities were available in the house and the decks were great for watching the sunrise. Was a little surprised there was no paper towels, trash bags, or even an extra roll of TP available so make sure you bring your own. Overall a great place to stay!

Barbara, Thank you for your review. Yes, unfortunately guests need to bring essentials including toilet paper and paper towels. We periodically stock the unit, but we don't have a weekly service to replenish these items. There should be hand-soap and dishwasher liquid, but we suggest guests bring a dish towel, a dish cloth, a dishwasher pod, a clothes washer pod, tp, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and a few trash bags.

We absolutely loved the property and only had one issue. The mattress in the bedroom with the queen bed and facing the marsh was very soiled. There was a mattress cover but it was so bad to us that neither one of us could sleep on it. Just need a nee mattress. I would givr everything else 5 stars.

Perfect place to stay on Oak Island!

Overlooking the intercoastal waterway, only 2 blocks from the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and dog friendly. Coffee table big enough for our puzzles. Porches to watch sunrises and sunsets. Who could ask for anything more?

We had a great time in this cozy little house. It had everything we needed and a little more. Although most of the bikes had flat tires there were still two for the kids to ride on. I would also suggest bringing some of your own beach chairs because some of the ones in the building are old and might break if you sit in them like one did with me. But overall it was a great place great neighborhood easy walk to the beach and Great inlet view.

Very clean! Perfect for a weekend or even a week! The house had everything we needed to enjoy a quiet relaxing weekend away! We cooked and even rode bikes down to the pier! We will book again, hopefully sooner than later!!
