Lage ist super, ruhig und nur wenige Schritte zum Zentrum, in der Küche alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Schöner Innenhof und hübsche Einrichtung. Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr gut. Leider waren einige Kleinigkeiten nicht so wie man es sich wünscht: Bäder hatten sauberer sein müssen, Wasserkocher war sehr verkalkt, eine Herdplatte funktioniert nicht mehr und es war als Ausstattung ein Parkplatz angegeben. Es handelte sich dabei aber um ein öffentliches Parkhaus, welches sehr teuer ist und entweder durch ein Shuttle oder durch über 200 Treppen erreicht werden kann.
