4 Bedroom, all en-suites right in centre of St Ives with parking, balcony, 2 min walk from Porthminster Beach and all the shops and restaurants on your doorstep!

There is a room above the garage that can sleep an additional 2 adults but this is above the main property.

You can see the harbour from the balcony.

10 min walk from Porthmeor Beach and about 15 mins from Carbis Bay beach.

Lovely New Year Celebrations Break

We were staying as a family of ten and have really enjoyed the property and St Ives. Communication with Lisa was great and her response was very timely and helpful, great customer servos both pre and post sales. Each room had an en suite and there was enough space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook all the dishes that we planned. Additional space on top of the garage had lovely bay view and I have enjoyed it while cooking up New Year’s Eve bbq. Only one thing to be mindful of - the amount of stairs to negotiate in order to get from the garage to the property which might not be suitable for those unsteady on their feet.
