Boasting four bedrooms including a double with an en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite wet room and two ground-floor super-king-size bedrooms (zip/link)served by a ground-floor wet room, this cottage can sleep a total of eight guests. The interior is complete with a large open-plan living space featuring a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, whilst an enclosed patio and off-road parking can be found to the front of the property. Swallows Dip is a fabulous property, perfect for a luxury stay in Devon.

Amenities: Ground source heating. Electric oven and electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking available. Electric gated access. Enclosed patio with outdoor seating area and use of owner's five acres of land. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.9 miles; pub 0.8 miles. Note: Visits to the owner's private small holding can be arranged with the owner prior to your stay. Wide wooden stairs that can be difficult for wheelchairs.

Wonderful property

Very friendly owners and a superb house. All mod cons and a perfect view of the Otter Valley. Highly enjoyable stay and would love to return again.
