New apartment on the ground conditioned villa of 65 m² very quiet with separate entrance for up to 6 people with garden and terrace of 100 sqm.
Ideally situated between Porto-Vecchio (10 minutes) and the most beautiful beaches (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia), Bonifacio (20 minutes) and beautiful cliffs and ferry to Sardinia, Figari and its local products and its airport (15 minutes ) and various activities (golf, hiking, horse riding, fishing, scuba diving, quad ETC ...) .Its location allows you access to the main tourist cites the extreme south of Corsica while avoiding traffic jams classic Porto -vecchio. The apartment offers every comfort for a pleasant stay calm between sea and mountains
Modern style apartment consists of:
- A living / dining room with a convertible corner sofa (2 places)
- An open kitchen to the living room
- A room with a bed 140 x 190
- A room with 2 beds 90 x 190
- A shower room (Italian shower)
- Separate WC
- Bed Linen Supplied
- A terrace with Travertine garden table and chairs, a barbecue, sun loungers.
The owners are on site, they will welcome you on arrival and will be available throughout your stay.

Bellissimo! La casa è molto bella, spaziosa ben studiata e curata nei minimi dettagli. La host ci ha fatto trovare la casa perfettamente pronta e fresca al nostro arrivo.Il gardino esterno ottimo per mangiare all'aperto e godere della tranquillità che il posto ti offre. Non si trova nel centro abitato di Sotta ma a petra longa filippi (probabilmente una frazione), una zona con pochissime case, silenziosissima La casa è dotata di wi-fi. ConsigliatissimaAnche se un pó fuori dalle zone più turistiche (il che non è male), è comoda perché permette di raggiungere le spiagge intorno a Porto Vecchio e Bonifacio in poco tempo.

Propriété calme et bien située pour rayonner dans la région. Le logement est fidèle à la description, propre, pratique avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre agréable et un logement digne d'une très bonne location (il ne manque rien!!!), de présentation neuve et très bien agencé. Tranquillité liée à un environnent calme, à quelques kilomètres de Porto Vecchio et non loin des plages "paradisiaques" . SEMPLICEMENTE STUPENDO

La casa corrisponde alle foto o è anche meglio: non manca nulla. Pulita e ordinata, il posto è bello e la calma e il silenzio fanno da cornice. I proprietari sono delle persone molto gentili (siamo arrivati di sera tardi e ci volevano offrire la cena)e accoglienti (ci hanno preparato tutto il necessario per la colazione), e molto discreti, simpatici e gentilissimi. E' stato un soggiorno bellissimo! LO CONSIGLIAMO A CHI VUOLE DELLE VACANZE RILASSANTI.

The apartment is well maintained, is newly renovated and is located on the green outskirts of Porto Vecchio. The description corresponds to what is found on site, great wifi. The owners were very helpful and kind. I recommend choosing this solution to visit the south of Corsica.

Notre 3 ème séjour en Corse et notre meilleure location! Excellentes prestations, cadre paisible, bon standing avec une jolie déco! Belle terrasse, wifi qui fonctionne bien, un frigo américain qui évite de faire 100 fois les courses. Surtout un emplacement idéal entre Porto Vecchio (15 min) et Bonifacio (30 min), vous permettant d accéder rapidement aux plus belles plages (Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, La Rondinara...). Propriétaires discrets et à l écoute!

Appartement spacieux, bien décoré, idéal avec deux enfants. Douche et SDB spacieuses. Cuisine fonctionnelle, manque juste un lave vaisselle pour être parfaite. En revanche réfrigérateur américain très pratique ! Chambres avec grand placard. Petit jardin privé très agréable avec vue sur la montagne. Propriétaires très sympas. Bien situé dans un coin calme, mais sans être trop éloigné des commerces, plages etc... Idéal pour notre premier séjour en Corse. A recommander sans hésitation.
