Relax in this sunny open plan apartment with magnificent views south west over rooftops to Lake Windermere, a mere 400 yards away. Set in a quiet location, but only a very short walk from the centre of Bowness with shops, pubs and eating places to suit all tastes. Hire a rowing boat or a tennis court, try pitch-and-putt golf, or take a trip on a lake steamer. Or if you want to go further afield, the mountains and fells are only a short drive away.

As you walk into Bowness Oaks, you are greeted by the entrance hall that has cupboards and hanging space. From here you can go through to the open plan living space where there are big comfortable sofas. The apartment will be warm and welcoming when you return, with efficient electric heating, piping hot water and comfortable, high quality furnishings chosen with care by the owners. There are two bedroom with with fitted wardrobes, so plenty of storage for all you belongings. This is four star luxury you can afford. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.
