Check-in was easy, communication good. The townhome is lovely, well-equipped for a family stay and convenient to walk to restaurants and downtown sites.
Great house and hosts! We loved how close it is to Sligo town, which is a nice 10 minute walk along the river. Hosts were easy to communicate with and were very quick to respond to a few initial questions we had upon arrival. The house was very clean. The few incidental groceries were much appreciated. Would definitely recommend! A
This house was the perfect spot to stay for a family of 4 (my husband, 2 adult sons and myself). Comfortable, well appointed, super quiet and clean. A beautiful walk along the river into the heart of Sligo - restaurants, pubs, shopping, the Sligo Abbey all within a 10-15 minute walk.
This property’s proximity to the river walk and town yet quietness is the reason to stay here. Inside is nice and well-equipped. I’d say these units are the USA equivalent to townhouses. Private parking in the back was also good to have. Check-in and out were seamless with fewer chores to do than most owners require.

Property was just as pictured online. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Hosts went beyond to provide some things we'd need right away. We're very happy with our stay!
The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. The fixings for a continental breakfast were much appreciated after a long drive. It is a lovely riverside walk to Sligo center, where restaurants, pubs, music, shops and museums await. Sligo is centrally located for easy day trips to rocky shores, beaches, and excellent hiking. Next time we will stay longer.
This place was fabulous. The pictures of the accommodations were accurate. The back yard was beautiful.
Well located close to the main part of Sligo with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. All of these areas were in walking distance along the river walk which was great.
Chris and Colette are fabulous hosts. Great communication. In the home, they have a book with a ton of tips for everything from dining and live music to local crafts and grocery stores.
Wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this home to family and friends.
Beautiful Property/Excellent Host/Ongoing Problems with VRBO
The stay was wonderful and perfect for our family. Our host, Chris, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or problems.
However, our dealings with VRBO has been a nightmare when it came to payments and confirmation of our stay. At this point I have been charged with 3 payments instead of 2 totaling 500 euro more than the fee for the property. I have made numerous bookings with VRBO but this one will be my last.
