Visit the famous island of Brac in Croatia and stay in the Luxury Villa Spectrum with a heated infinity Pool (12,5x4,5m). The Villa is located in Splitska and offers its guests 4 luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a sea view.
This holiday home is located on an estate of 800m2 and the home itself has 330m2.
The modern house has sauna - perfect for relaxing, a BBQ, table tennis, and badminton. For stay in home lovers, there is a home cinema with a surround sound system and Netflix so you can enjoy a good movie or series in the evening.
Furthermore, on disposal, you have 10 Bicycles (included in the rental price) and the motorboat Sea Ray 19 SPX OB the skipper has a fee of €120 per day.
The outdoor pool has lounge chairs that are amazing for sunbathing and next to the pool you have a dining area with a stone table where you can enjoy meals or drink wine in the evening.
The Villa allows pets on request.
The Villa is close to the beach, only 150 meters and 400 to 500 meters from Cafés, restaurants, shops and the city centre of Supetar. Brac is famous for its beautiful beaches, the most famous one- Golden Cape and lost more.

Loved everything

The villa is so perfect for your stay on Brač . The home was close to the water. Also the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and hanging out. The wifi was also strong and perfect for working if you need to do that. I loved everything about our stay!

The house is an absolute gem. The location is stunning, with fantastic swimming literally metres from the house. A wonderfully private and sun drenched terrace to enjoy the sunshine , but also some shady spots to sit and read a book when you’ve had enough sun.
