Property was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. The air conditioning was awesome! Located near everything. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is located by the market in the neighborhood of the Old Town, area known for the more concentration of bars and restaurants in the city. Everyone staying in this area should know this for sure and enjoy it, otherwise it is better stay in El Antiguo or so, a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is announced without air conditioning. Great location! Overall experience was good

Our overall experience was good. Property is very well located, tastefully furnished, close to the pintxo bars , La Concha Beach, Monte Urgull and other attractions. Walking distance to our favorite pastry shop Pastelería Otaegui (must try while in San Sebastián). On the ground floor of the bldg you have a market, as well as a pescadería and a large supermarket across which came in handy for all the dinner we prepared during our stay! Be ready to experience lots of noise, specially during the night, as people love to be at the park on the ground floor and across the McDonald’s at odd hours of the night and you will hear them (windows open or closed) as the property does not have air conditioning. Recommendation for the management: due to its proximity to the beach you should include beach towels & toys and umbrella for the rain (we had 3 rainy days out of our 7 days). Also when you have guests staying over 3 days I would suggest to have towels changed vs having to pick them up from the main office (about a 15 min walk). We were very pleased with the apt as we had the opportunity to create wonderful memories as a family ❤️ We appreciate all the staff that made us feel welcomed and took care of our needs!

Great location - Good apartment

This apartment is in a busy area of Old Town San Sebastien on the first floor. It looks at the McDonald's sign and has quite a bit of foot and car traffic. It can be very loud during the day. When it's hot, the only way to cool off is to open up all the windows. Then, the apartment becomes very loud. It does come with blackout and noise cancelling shades for the night. To check-in, you must retrieve keys from a different (not close) location. It would be great if this location could consider using electronic keys like so many other properties on Vrbo. We were also told that we would have to come back on a different day if we wanted a second set of keys. We skipped it due to the hassle of it. Overall, the apartment is functional. The kitchen is well-equipped by European standards. The supplies are limited (soap, towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc) so plan to bring or buy those items. The photos in the listing are accurate but may have been done with a wide-angle lens as it appears much smaller in-person. We were two adults and one child. There was enough room for us, but I wouldn't recommend it for 4 adults.
