Eine absolute Zumutung bei diesem hohen Mietpreis!

Die Lage ist beeindruckend. Aber das Haus ist in denkbar schlechtem Zustand: Die Fenster lassen sich nicht richtig schließen, sind alle undicht und klappern bei Wind derartig, dass man nicht schlafen kann. Bei Regen strömt ĂŒberall eimerweise Wasser in das Haus. Die KĂŒche ist kaum als solche zu bezeichnen: Nahezu das gesamte Inventar ist schrottreif! Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist Ă€ußerst herausfordernd (steil, enge Kurven).

Urlaub zum entspannen und genießen

Wenn du entspannen, dich erholen und wunderschöne Sonnenauf und -untergĂ€nge sehen willst, ist dies hier genau richtig. FĂŒr jede Tageszeit gibt es ein gemĂŒtliches PlĂ€tzen, ob im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Fabio hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit einem sehr guten Englisch alles erklĂ€rt. Ein Weg, fĂŒhrt neben dem Haus hinunter ( ca. 7 Min. zu Fuß) zu einer schönen Bucht mit Kieselstrand, bei der höchstens ab und zu ein Yacht anlegt. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, grosser KĂŒhlschrank, Gasherd, Geschirr... . Supermarkt ist 6 km entfernt, am Besten vorher im Supermarkt alles einkaufen. Gutes W-Lan im Haus. Die Betten sind gemĂŒtlich, im Haupthaus ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und eines mit einem Stockbett, und ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett ist im kleinen NebengebĂ€ude, alle mit je einem Badezimmer. Das Haus ist alt, aber mit Liebe passend eingerichtet. Wer etwas wirklich besonderes sucht, schmale Strassen nicht scheut und entschleunigen möchte, ist dies hier absolut zu empfehlen.

Haus mit Charme und fantastischer Aussicht !

Fantastische Lage, wunderschöner Aussenbereich. Haus mit Charme,hĂ€tte aber Renovationsbedarf (Fenster, KĂŒche). In Beschreibung sollte erwĂ€hnt werden, dass Zufahrt zum Haus schwierig, va mit grösserem Auto. Nichts fĂŒr zB Gehbehinderte. Auch Weg zum Meer hinunter nur fĂŒr gute FussgĂ€nger. Insgesamt sehr schöne Liegenschaft, Preis aber fĂŒr den Zustand des Hauses zu hoch.
