The apartment is located in a very quiet area, the perfect retreat for families and couples seeking a relaxing and comfortable holiday, with everything within easy reach. The Space
Size and Layout:
The apartment covers an area of 80 square metres, offering ample space for the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The layout has been carefully designed to ensure comfort, convenience, and privacy for all guests. In addition, the property features 4 balconies, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and views of the peaceful surrounding area.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. The space is designed to offer maximum comfort in every season of the year.
Two bedrooms:
• The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (190x160), comfortable nightstands, a spacious closet, and a chest of drawers for excellent organisation of clothes. The room is lit by a window that lets in natural light during the day.
• The second bedroom, perfect for two people, features two single beds (190x80)—one of which is a fold-away bed—both of which are comfortable, along with a spacious closet, a nightstand, and a door/window.
• The bedrooms are equipped with LED TVs (smart TV in the smaller bedroom), so you can relax and watch your favourite shows right from bed.

Bathroom:
The apartment’s bathroom is spacious and well-appointed, complete with:
• A shower, easily accessible and equipped with a showerhead and hand-held shower.
• Toilet, sink, and bidet.
• Large mirror with light and a convenient cabinet for storing toiletries.
• Hair dryer available for extra comfort.
• Washing machine: for longer stays, a washing machine is provided so guests can do their laundry conveniently at home.

The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant building equipped with an lift, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. Please note, however, that there are 1+6 steps at the entrance that must be navigated before reaching the lift; for this reason, the property is not entirely barrier-free. Access remains simple and easy for most guests, including families with children and people with limited mobility who do not have particular difficulty with a few steps.
