Coved by a forest and a stream, Casa Soenga boasts lush green views over the river and mountains, under pure tranquility and comfort.

This mountain house was restored under a minimalistic, comfort focused and contemplating set of mind.

The simple, functional and material quality oriented decor melts with a bright warm light over granite, wood and glass throughout the house.

Cradled into a hill, the house and its three minimalistic bedrooms reveal the choice of linen, fine cotton and jute as its main materials, guaranteeing soothing sleep in maximum comfort for six. Divided into a suite double bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The latter share a fully equipped bathroom.
The wooden staircase separates the rooms from the lofty living, dinning and cooking areas. This high ceiled warm open space works as functional relay to the entire house, featuring two balconies facing the breathtaking view.

This 2000 m² property unfolds itself into different terraces and gardens surrounded by the forest.
Showing off various possibilities of time passing and entertaining outdoors, in absolute privacy.
Either relaxing under the treetops over the grassy field close to the stream, sunbathing over the deck of the salt water swimming pool, barbecuing on the terrace or contemplating the astonishing views of the two balconies over the river and mountain. Beautiful property

The property is very isolated, and has be restored beautifully. A little tricky to find, but a beautiful setting once you get there.
