This cozy 750 square foot home with a quiet backyard is nestled against the Wrigley Estate. Enjoy a romantic sunset dinner outside on the balcony while sitting on brand new deck furniture. The ocean view is completely unobstructed and absolutely breathtaking. Watch as cruise ships weigh anchor and the parasailers take flight! | | Both bedrooms and the living room are adorned with hardwood walls, there is coin-operated laundry on site, 40 inch HD smart TV with Roku, DIRECTTV NOW and wifi. Grill some burgers on the stainless steel barbecue. Relax on the couch in the living room as you look out the large windows at the gorgeous view of the harbor. This home is perfect for people who want to see the town without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Quiet, gorgeous, and out of the way, this island home is waiting for you! A red Yamaha gas golf cart that seats four comfortably is included. The rear seat can also be folded down to create a cargo bed for luggage. 124H |

Beautiful views and clean and well stocked. Would definitely go back again but plan my arrival time a little better to coincide with chrck-in. Due to our arrival on the island we could not access the property till check-in time and then I still had to call to get the access code info text to me. Otherwise, it was MARVELOUS!
