Welcome to Casa Mar Vista, a modern and newly reformed detached 4-bedroom villa with heated pool, wooden outside gazebo and seating area which has been carefully designed to cater for everyone, allowing for a relaxing and stress-free holiday for all the family and/or friends.

Casa Mar Vista has been a family home for the past 20 years and the owners now want to share their love for this house with others.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
The front access to the property is just a short distance from the electric gated driveway, suitable for 2 cars, and up a flight of stairs on to the top tiled terrace with a secure door for access to the road. A welcoming wooden front door provides entrance to the property and to a large porch with a double glass interior French door. Through the double glass doors, you enter the spacious living room.

LIVING AREA
The spacious living room contains a large L shaped leather sofa and two one seater leather armchairs, large flat screen Smart TV, free to view TV box, DVD player, coffee table and gas fireplace. There is one large ceiling air conditioning unit for heating/cooling covering a large area of the property.
Leading from the living room on to a small open corridor providing access to a bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, staircase to downstairs and through to the bright and airy kitchen and back garden.

KITCHEN + DINING
The newly reformed modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric fan assisted oven, toaster, kettle, built-in coffee machine, electric extractor, stainless-steel sink with drainer, frying pans and saucepans, plates and bowls including children friendly sets, plenty of utensils and other complementary items. Alongside the kitchen there is a large dining and cooking area.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
A staircase from the corridor leads down to the bedrooms and bathrooms. This comprises of three bedrooms with King size beds. The main bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and French doors leading out to the garden and pool area. The other two bedrooms have built in sliding wardrobes.
All bedrooms have built-in bedside cabinets and dressing tables, bedside lights, remote-controlled air-conditioning for heating/cooling and flat screen TV’s with free to view tv boxes.
Two bedrooms share a bathroom downstairs which consists of a bath/shower toilet and double sink with storage. The other bedrooms share the bathroom upstairs.

THE GARDEN + OUTSIDE KITCHEN
The garden consists of electric secure sliding gates and a tiled driveway suitable for two/three vehicles. The garden is on two levels with steps from the outside seating area down to the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. The stairs are child friendly with a locked gate and mesh netting.
There is a large wooden gazebo equipped with material roller blinds suitable for all year-round use, chill-out area with a soothing waterfall, bean bags, L shaped sofa, flat screen TV with free to view box, surround sound, WIFI and nighttime lights for those relaxing evenings.
The outside kitchen comprises of a gas BBQ and under counter fridge.

SPECIAL FEATURES
For further security and peace of mind, the villa is equipped with smoke detectors, first aid kits, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

The swimming pool is also secured with two wooden gates one at the top by the gazebo and another down the bottom by the utility room.

Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included per person along with some certain necessities such as kitchen roll, toilet roll and cleaning products.

Also available at a small charge - Pool Heating, Cots, highchairs and a change of bed linen and/or towels during a two week or more stays. These items must be arranged prior to arrival.
