A same day cancellation

I am unable to review this property because our reservation was cancelled by the owner on the same day we were scheduled to arrive. I truly don't know what happened but there seemed to be some confusion between the owner and VRBO about our reservation. Let me state that we had paid in full for our three days reservation and had received a confirmation Email from VRBO. It was only when I engaged the owner to inquire about parking nearby and the address did I receive this cancellation notice. I will say that the owner provided us with an immediate credit but what we wanted was accommodation and not this un-wanted surprise. Given my experience, I would be careful booking this property in the future.

Perfect for short trip

Lovely clean property perfectly suited for a short stay in Edinburgh, quite central (bit of a hill between there and the city). Could possibly do with a better blind to keep the light out in the bedroom, but other than that no complaints.
