Great stay when you are in Edinburgh!

I loved the little touches, everything from all the USB plugs to the tea and coffee, the fan and all the lights. It gave it a very homey touch. I rated the staff service as low because I tried numerous times months ago in get in touch with you, as I had a few questions, and they were never answered. I tried to call one of the Contact names in the book and I was unable to call. Luckily it was nothing super important, however I feel it is important to respond to inquiries.
