About this property

Luxury holiday chalet in Zeeland: Julianahoeve Renesse. Close to beach & centre

The salty sea air, the sound of seagulls and waking up with a view of the forest. Experience the ultimate holiday feeling in this new and luxurious chalet located at Camping & Beachresort Julianahoeve. Not a dime a dozen, but a fully customized chalet (2021). With its two bedrooms, one bathroom and private parking (for one car), it can accommodate five people (max. 4 adults).

LOCATION
"Vakantiechalet in Zeeland" is located on the edge of the campsite, adjacent to the forest. With a ten minute walk you are on the beach. Would you rather have a bite to eat or stroll along the boutiques in the village? You can reach the center of Renesse in fifteen minutes on foot.

LAYOUT
The chalet is stylishly furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, Smart TV (incl. cable TV), fireplace and a cozy dining area. There is also free WiFi and air conditioning. The latter not only provides cooling, but can also heat the chalet nicely. The kitchen is fully equipped. Think of a coffee machine with fresh beans, milk frother, combi oven, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination.

You will also find two bedrooms in the chalet. Bedroom 1: box spring of 160 x 200 cm (consisting of two separate mattresses of 80x200), sufficient cupboard space and blackout curtains. Bedroom 2: two single box springs of 80 x 200 cm + loft bed of 120 x 200 cm and closet space. Of course, a nice bathroom should not be missing. This is equipped with a walk-in shower (including rain and hand shower), spacious washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE: the stay does NOT include bed linen and towels. If desired, we can arrange bed linen and/or towels at an additional cost through the cleaning company. However, we cannot provide kitchen linen and beach towels, so please remember to bring your own.

Enjoying the outdoors is also part of your holiday. This is possible on the terrace, which is equipped with a comfortable dining set for six people, a parasol, two relaxing chairs and a lovely lounge set (the latter will only be available from spring to autumn months). You will also find a Weber charcoal barbecue here. At the rear of the chalet is an outdoor shower. Ideal for rinsing off after a wonderful day at the beach.

- We do not rent out to groups of friends.
- Pets are not allowed on the campsite.
- Guests do not have access to the shed. This is used for private storage.
- CAMPSITE & BEACHRESORT JULIANAHOEVE CHARGES A RATE OF €5.50 PER PERSON (>2 YEARS) PER NIGHT FOR THE USE OF THE CAMPSITE FACILITIES (SUCH AS SWIMMING POOL AND ENTERTAINMENT). THESE COSTS ARE UNFORTUNATELY MANDATORY FOR ALL CAMPING GUESTS AND WILL BE INVOICED BY THE CAMPSITE. THESE COSTS ARE ADDITIONAL TO THE AIRBNB COSTS!

Ein super Urlaub !

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Julianahoeve Resort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Chalet ist das modernste Haus auf dem Campingplatz und bietet mit Klimaanlage Regendusche sowie dem Gaskamin einen wirklich tollen Komfort. Es sind nur ca. 800 Meter zum Indoor Schwimmbad das wir täglich genutzt haben. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Der kleine Einkaufsladen bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, wir mussten nicht mit dem Auto auswärts einkaufen. Da die Anlage schon ziemlich groß ist, empfehle ich Fahrräder oder E-Scooter mit zubringen, oder vor Ort zu mieten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und verlief mittels Emails. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Prima vakantiewoning op een mooie locatie

Het huisje is sfeervol ingericht en ruim uitgerust. De camping waar het bij hoort is erg netjes, goede ontvangst door de receptionist, goede mogelijkheden om lekker te eten en is voorzien van een overdekt zwembad. Het strand is erg dichtbij, ook dat is een pluspunt. De verhuurders zijn superattent, informeren of alles naar wens is en er stond zelfs een lekker flesje wijn op ons te wachten bij aankomst. Een aanrader!

Toller Urlaub in Strandnähe

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen am Rand des Campingplatzes am Waldrand. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 min zu laufen. Auf dem Campingplatz gibt es alles was da Herz begehrt. Das Chalet hat ausreichend Platz und eine große Terrasse. Ein toller Urlaub im Holland

Ferienappartement zum Wohlfühlen

Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung. Die Fewo ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man möchte gerne länger bleiben. Wir hatten das Gefühl dass wir im schönsten Haus am Platz sind. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Eine große Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Grillmöglichkeit ist ebenso vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es mit vielen Sternen weiterempfehlen. Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen. Der Strand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter hat mit uns einen netten unkomplizierten Kontakt gehalten. Bei Fragen hätten wir jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner gehabt.

Perfect stay in Renesse.

We had wonderful stay at this chalet. The chalet itself is located slight out of the camping park but with very short ways which makes it a calm location. The interior is lovely designed and you‘ll find anything you need (fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, etc.) The chalet has an own stable internet connection which allows for working remotely. Communication with the owners was also very great! Highly recommended! We‘ll come back!
