Great apartment located perfectly for access to the main resort and the beach.The apartment is a good size and had everything we required for a 2 week stay, air conditioning was a real plus as the weather was very hot!! We would definitely book again.

I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location is excellent and just a short walk to the beach, waterfront, restaurants, shops, and everything Puerto de Pollensa has to offer, while still being in a quiet and relaxing area.The apartment was very clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well, and having a washing machine was especially convenient as a cyclist.For anyone coming to Mallorca for cycling, the location is particularly good. Puerto de Pollensa is an ideal base for some of the best riding on the island, and it was great being able to head out for a ride and then walk to the beach or restaurants afterward.Everything about my stay was easy and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Mallorca. Highly recommended!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Its spacious and clean and has everything we need to feel at home while in Port de Pollensa. The location is perfect- within walking distance to the grocery store, beachfront and numerous bike rental shops. We love the property and will always stay here when we visit Mallorca!

The apartment is lovely , very clean and has everything that is needed .

This is our second time staying in this apartment block - the location is great , very quiet which means you can sleep but 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 to the square . Everything went smoothly as Maria met us on arrival to show us where everything was and was on hand to answer any questions . Great value and would definitely recommend this apartment .

Perfect place to stay in Port de Pollensa!

The appartment was the perfect location to everything- the beach was a couple of blocks away, the bike and car rental shops were around the corner and the grocery store was a short walk away. The place was spotless when we checked in and was a nice large space to relax in after a long day of bike riding or beach exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and when we didn't feel like cooking there were plenty of nearby restuarants to choose from. It was a quiet location close to everything we needed. We would love to come back and stay here again, but for longer as we fell in love with the island!

Perfect location!

We absolutely adore Mallorca and especially Port the Pollença! This is the first time that we actually live here and not just visit. The ad for the apartment said 180 m to the beach but I think it is closer! Apartment was very nice. It was lovely to be able to wash couple of loads of clothes and enjoy a cool dip in the pool with felt like we had all to our selves. Only little minus is parking, but honestly that is to be expected when you stay at the heart of everything. We will return!

Convenient location

Love Majorca and normally rent a villa in the Pollenca area, this year we thought we’d try an apartment with easy access to the beach and amenities. This apartment had excellent reviews which swayed our choice. It was very convenient for the beach and amenities but was not the best or quietest location situated on a main thoroughfare which was quite noisy. In fairness, it was in a residential area and some noise should probably be accepted. Being on the ground floor the terrace wasn’t very private but ok. Basic amenities in the apartment, there were only two of us but we had to ask for an extra wine glass and a new corkscrew, basic requirements. We would also have appreciated the option of two pillows rather than one each. The advert stated there was another tub, unfortunately we couldn’t find it and having asked another resident in the block, they didn’t know where it was either. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good flat but owners are fraudsters

We spent five nights there. Good location, clean flat, all ok. No complaints. However when we left the flat very carefully and clean we got charged 100€ extra for a damage at the cooking plate that we found there already when we moved in. I got in contact with Maria explaining the wrongful charge and she excused, telling we would get our 100€ back. Several weeks after she confirmed that the payback would have been already assigned, we still had no money back on our bank account. She promised twice thereafter that it’s only a matter of time and the delay was due to fewo-direkt, the platform we booked on. Summary after 6 months: No more replies from her and we never got back our money. I wonder how many renters had to pay an extra 100€ for a damage they were not responsible for. Fraudsters overall…. I am deeply disappointed!

Schöne, saubere Wohnung. Zum Strand,Promenade u Supermarkt wenige Minuten. Balkon leider zur sehr belebten Strassenseite. Bett für uns etwas zu schmal u die Federn der Federkernmatratze gespürt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Sehr gut, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war. Checkin mir Code war problemlos Leider blieb unsere Rückfrage bzgl des fehlenden Safeschlüssels unbeantwortet.
