Location is right in the heart of town - very convenient however that does come with a price - it’s very loud. Every night there are drunk ppl walking home yahooing and yelling form the pubs that wake you up. Not the landlords fault but unfortunately impacted our stay. The apartment is very big however quite a few things lacking - ie plates! There was 1 plate (well there are 3 now because we went and purchased some!)no kettle, also no wifi and outdated furnishings.
The beds are also very hard, would recommend a few different pillows - we got 4 flat concrete ones that near killed us.

Appartement L'Outa 111
Appartement très bien placé, propre et bien equipé.
Récupération des clefs simple et rapide
Excellent emplacement dans la ville, très pratique pour tout.
Appartement spacieux, bien agencé et confortable.
Déco un peu vieillotte et porte fenêtre donnant sur terrasse difficile à ouvrir mais, le réel point négatif est l'isolation phonique insuffisante de la fenêtre de la chambre qui donne sur rue. Cette rue et la place centrale sont extrêmement bruyants durant pratiquement toute la nuit, un effort de remplacement pour du triple vitrage serait bienvenu.

L'appartement est vaste, rare dans cette gamme de prix.
La deco est un peu vieillotte mais reste en accord avec la montagne.
Dommage pas de WIFI. le parking gratuit à proximité c'est pas facile, pas grave je vais plus loin, j'ai mai habitudes.
Gros point fort ,la situation difficile de faire mieux.
globalement, très bon rapport qualité/prix.
