Stunning Coastal Cottage - Sleeping 5 in 2 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access Included.

Welcome to Lee's Plaice - a lovely 2 bedroom cosy Coastal Cottage - part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village.

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with corner sofa (and bed), SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom (with amazon fire stick - own login needed) and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

If you want bedding for the sofa bed you will need to select this as a chargeable extra at checkout.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Another stay at the Bay

Lindlee cottage is our 4th stay on the Bay. It’s location is excellent for the beach and other amenities, and if you have children, perfect for them to safely play out and make friends. The property is equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Brilliant summer break

We had a fantastic stay at the Lindlee cottage, great location and the shared lawned area at the back was brilliant for our dog. The cottage had everything you needed, the bed was super comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend this cottage, im sure we will be back in the near future!

A Lovely place, beautiful location, but a bit expensive for a weekend

Lovely place beautiful location, amenities very good,had a bit of a problem with flies , and expensive for a short stay , checking out times not good, but communication was good why asked about it

Lovely short break

Lovely short break at Lindlee Cottage. It had everything that we needed, in a great position and with easy parking. Dog friendly which was important to us. Well equipped with everything that we could possibly need. Would definitely think about a return visit.

Lovely lodge

We've had a wonderful time in Lindlee cottage. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. On the third day of our stay however we had no TV anymore. We mentioned it at the reception, but we noticed no further action.

Weekend stay

Stayed there with my granddaughters aged 12 and 10 for a long weekend. Great place, loved the house and they loved their bedroom.I could have done with some instructions for the oven as I couldn't get any heat until Sunday night. We all loved the pool and they loved running into the sea in bikinis.

Fabulous stay

We have had a great stay, Lindlee cottage had everything you need & was very warm, lovely added touch of welcome box with hot drinks sachets milk & sugar, site was great grounds very well maintained & lovely facilities staff in pub was very friendly & added bonus being dog friendly, food piping hot. lovely short walk to the beach. Will defo be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Winter break

What a lovely home. Although the weather was a bit grim it was lovely to come 'home' to a warm and cosy place on a dark evening after a bracing walk. Location perfect, in fact everything was perfect. The arriving and departing information was also absolutely spot on. Thank you.

First time visit

Went here for my 60th birthday 1st July. I have to say that the accommodation was first class IMO. My wife and 2 x small dogs (Pet friendly) spotless. Nice little touches coffee,tea, biscuit pack. Towels and duvets all provided. The cottage is lovely and comfortable. Would I return definitely and would recommend to family and friends.

Short break

Exceptionally well presented, fittings of highest standard. Perfect for four. Small living room. We enjoyed our time here -grandchildren used pool, arcade , tennis court. Played boules outside the cottage. Would definitely return to the bay and this cottage but if more than four of us we would book a 3 bed next time.

October break

Such a beautiful cottage, so cosy and comfortable. Very clean and has everything you need. Lovely view out of the patio doors when sitting on the sofa. It is really good for the dogs, I was able to mop up easily and keep it clean. The door to the lounge helps as they are not allowed upstairs but I could easily keep them in the living room/kitchen area. There's access to a large grass area so could let them out for a quick toilet trip. The cottage is close to the entrance and is easy to find. It's a 5 mins walk to the pub/shop and 10 mins to the beach. Communication with Anthony at Anchor Bay Holidays is really good, they keep you posted and we're available throughout our stay.
