Chalet a 200 Metros de una Entrada a Parque Regional Cuenca Alta Manzanares

Very spacious, fully equipped villa with a large private pool, barbecue, 3 terraces, a treehouse, and a large lawn. Very comfortable home with internet, Wi-Fi, Wii, Netflix, board games, and more. Spacious kitchen, rustic and very cosy living-dining room with a fireplace, and a game room with a TV and plenty of space for the kids. Bike and hiking trails start right from the house and wind through the surrounding area. La Pedriza, La Barranca, Valsaín, Cotos, the Valdesquí ski resort, and the Lozoya Valley are all less than a half-hour drive away. There are plenty of activities in the town of Moralzarzal itself and the surrounding area.

A large pool for relaxation and fun in the summer, along with a fully equipped barbecue that can be used year-round since it’s covered—all while you watch your children play in the treehouse and the garden, sitting peacefully with a drink in hand. Peace and quiet for the adults and fun for the kids. It’s also perfect if you want to work remotely.

And in winter, enjoy the garden, the barbecue, the fireplace, and walks through the countryside and the village, with La Pedriza, Cotos, Navacerrada, Valsaín, and the Valdesquí ski resort all nearby. A day in the countryside, followed by hot chocolate with croutons.

Great plans for both summer and winter!! We enjoy it immensely all year round!

Estupendo chalet en la sierra de Madrid

Maravilloso para teletrabajar por la mañana mientras los niños juegan en el jardin y la piscina y hacer excursiones por la tarde.
