This charming detached house rests in Polzeath in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Northern Lights is a wonderful semi-detached house resting in Polzeath in Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms, including a double and two twins, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove and balcony. Outside there is off-road parking for one car on private driveway, with a second space available on-street, a balcony with decking and seating, front garden with lawn and a rear patio with external utility and barbecue. Northern Lights is the perfect coastal escape with loved ones.
Amenities: Electric Rayburn and woodburning stove heating in lounge kitchen diner, night storage heater in double bedroom, electric heater in twin bedrooms. Electric oven and hob, electric Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. starter pack of fuel from October-March only for woodburner. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car on private driveway, second space available on-street.
