Perfect location, so many places are walkable with ease. Local facilities are great - groceries, cafes and restaurants right on the door step. And the facilities are amazing - everything we needed was on hand
Great stay in Covent Garden! The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, theaters, and public transport. The area felt lively but still comfortable to come back to after a long day exploring London. The place itself was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
What a great flat in an absolutely incredible, perfect location!! And despite being central, it was very quiet. Everything was spotless, bathrooms are new and really well done. Management is very patient and helpful, check in was super easy. Only issue was with how bad we are at PS1 FIFA ;-) (but also very nice to provide that!).FYI - 3rd party payment system is totally safe, so don't worry about that if you're not used to it.

The apartment is comfortable, convenient, and clean. We had a lovely stay for a few days. The location is perfect and the apartment is fitted out with everything you need. The host and manager are both very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Great location for walking around London. Great access to the tube and trains as well. Had one small issue with noise from restaurant staff after closing but Stefan was very quick to deal with it. Would definitely recommend this property if you want quick access to the many sites of London.
We were in London for the Vikings/Jets NFL game. Amazing location. The apartment is very nicely renovated and was great for the 3 of us. The pub next door is a bit noisy when they throw out the empty bottles at 11 pm, but we decided to enjoy the pub and not worry about the 15 seconds of noise.
Spacious 2 bedroom apartment; well located on the south (river) side of Covent Gardents; appointed as described in the listing. Two issues that may or may not have been within control of the host: elevator had been out of service for at least two weeks before we arrived and through our stay; water pressure was low and erratic in particular impacting taking showers.
We chose this place mostly for the location and good reviews. Were very pleasantly surprised by the quality. It is genuinely done up to a luxury standard, and overall it was slightly bigger than I expected from the pictures.
Maybe the only gap to a suite in a 5 star hotel would be the beds, which to be fair were perfectly fine and exactly the size I would expect in a central London flat. But then the rest of the apartment exceeded my expectations, and I only mention this in relative terms to very high standards.
Location is great, and communication with the host was excellent.
Spacious, well-appointed flat in an ideal location
We had a wonderful trip to London, and this flat was the perfect home away from home for us. The location just off the Strand minutes from Trafalgar Square was ideal from our perspective. We walked almost everywhere and the rest of the sights were easily accessible via Tube or short taxi ride. We had plenty of room to spread out and our host provided everything we needed, from paper products to laundry supplies to a high quality hair dryer. Communication with our gracious host was excellent from booking through check-out. The apartment was spotless, and the self check-in was seamless and very convenient. If you are visiting London to see the major sights, you won’t find a better location than this, and it was more comfortable and far more spacious with more amenities than any hotel, all for a very reasonable rate. Very highly recommended. If we return to London, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This flat was just as advertised. Location might have been even better than we anticipated. Maiden Lane is a tucked away pedestrian street full of fun restaurants just outside the door. It is just a skip away from Covent Garden and an easy walk to so much that we wanted to do with small kids: British Museum, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, London Eye, Soho, Tons of Theaters. There were multiple convenient undergrounds that got us anywhere else we wanted to explore.
The flat itself was clean and spacious. It suited 3 adults and 2 young kids (who shared a pullout double bed) with ease. On the day that exceeded 90 degrees, we were very happy that we got a place with air conditioning too.
The host was courteous and highly responsive. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and simple. He also checked in via text messages and immediately responded on the few occasions when we had a question about the flat.
We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to a friend.
