A unique Covent Garden Penthouse at a breathtaking location sitting pretty on one of London's most famous top spots, this sophisticated home is in the heart of pretty much the best London has to offer.

You'll enjoy a large reception with an open plan kitchen, a 77-inch entertainment center will offer relaxation after a long day out in the city. Two airy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms give great privacy. A fully equipped kitchen might convince you to eat in for at least one time.

The home itself is extraordinarily decorated – warm colours, sleek design, luxurious furnishings, and the odd jewel tone or pastel pop for a spot of colour and character. The owner has filled the apartment with unique art, lending the home a more personal touch that just can’t be replicated.

A dedicated service team means there’s no need to worry about anything during your stay here – they can arrange for fridge fills and welcome packs, as well as airport transfers.

I am happy to help make reservations and recommend restaurants, bars and drinks, plans for London, etc… Furthermore, please ask for advice in case you are looking for a baby-sitter / nanny during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.

All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses, and cutlery.

Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dishwasher are provided for 3 nights stay.

My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs

My standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, but I always try to adapt to my guests if I don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. Me or my assistant will be waiting for you in the house at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24/7 reception so it's very important for me to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra fee for late check-in to be paid in cash on your arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTES

● All bed sizes are given in UK sizes which might differ from your countries sizes
● Due to a high number of tourists visiting the area during weekends - our Wi-Fi signal can be affected.
● Disputes and Chargebacks must first be addressed between host and guest. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, all reprocessing fees and all associated legal fees may be applied.

The location was an incredible! You are in the heart of everything but it’s not noisy. No cars in this location, just foot traffic. Tons of fantastic restaurants and shopping within a 1-5 minute walk. The London Eye, Big Ben….. all walkable. We are a family of 5 (3 teenage daughters) and felt very comfortable with them walking and shopping and dining on their own in Covent Garden. We were there for Christmas and wow did it feel Christmassy with the massive lit tree outside our living room window (for a reasonable additional fee). The host was very accommodating decorating the home for Christmas per our request. It was a lovey experience and I highly recommend staying in this home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing Penthouse Condo. Robert, our host was great communicating with us before and during our stay. We had a warm welcome when we arrived and quick responses to any of our questions. The condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. As soon as you enter the condo, you can see views of the Iconic London Eye. The place also has wonderful views of the Covent Garden Market and the large Christmas tree for a wonderful, dreamy Christmas visit. The location is very convenient to the Tube and walkable to many of London’s must-see attractions and restaurants. The condo had all the amenities to make out stay feel like home. A fully equipped kitchen, dining table, washer/dryer, spacious living room, large tv with Apple TV, on the top floor made us feel at home. Having 3 bedrooms (all with King-size beds) and 3 full bathrooms, provided everyone a comfortable space to sleep and allowed for privacy. Staying at this condo really did feel like a dream come true.

Perfect location and stylish comfort in Covent Garden

Perfect for our group of 5, very comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, a bathroom per bedroom and spacious common area, dining and kitchen for us to all gather and enjoy. Absolutely cannot beat the central location in Covent garden in the main plaza surrounded by many shopping and dining options. Would come back and stay here again!

Wonderful location, super quiet

This place is amazing! Right in the middle of everything yet super quiet at night. We spent the week of new years here and it was really busy on the street, yet we could retreat to this unit to get recharged. I can't recommend it enough.

How did we get so lucky?

This flat was perfect for our family trip! The thing we liked best was the location. We were in the heart of Covent Garden, steps away from shopping, restaurants, and the Underground. Our family stayed here over the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely perfect. The best location in Covent Garden!

Incredible location!! You are completely overseeing Covent Garden from this penthouse, the views are incredible and all around you. the rooms are super clear thanks to the daily lights everywhere. The beds and mattresses are like a cloud. The owner is super reactive and takes care of your needs. I highly recommend that location. I will come back again.

Fantastic Home, Perfect Location

This flat was very spacious, tons of room for us! The location could not have been any more perfect. I didn’t know where to book our VRBO when I was first looking and honestly I couldn’t have picked a better location. Right on Covent Garden, beautiful views, up high enough to hear and enjoy the festivities below, but be able to enjoy the quiet when we were sleeping! The beds were very comfortable and that’s not always easy for Americans to find in Europe, but they were very comfortable. It had everything we needed including a separate washer and dryer that was perfect to be able to limit our packing! We even needed help from the management team after hours on a Sunday night and they responded right away. Absolutely recommend this flat when visiting London.

Beautiful Apartment in Perfect Location, But a Few Issues

This is a bright, spacious, beautifully and comfortably furnished penthouse apartment on the fifth floor of an elevator served building. It's in the heart of Covent Garden overlooking the performers square and steps from the tube station. Despite being in the heart of the tourist district, the sound-proofing was exceptional and we were never disturbed by the busy street noise. We arrived early in London, and the host was generous in letting us check-in early. The property manager was easy to reach at all times and responsive to our needs. We did have several issues with building mechanicals during our stay. The worst was that the fire alarms activated at 5:30am due to a fault in the system. The alarms stayed on for several hours while the host tried to contact the building supervisor. Our hosts were very apologetic and did ultimately resolve the issue fully. I don't believe this will recur. The hosts provided a partial refund to make us whole for the inconvenience. There were lesser mechanical problems which may persist. There was some intermittent problem with the water pressure which could result in showers stopping for a minute from time to time. There was also a problem with the AC in the master bedroom, though the AC elsewhere worked great. On our last day, the elevator wasn't working. My sense is that the building mechanicals are perhaps not perfectly maintained. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment very much despite the hiccups.
