About this property
Covent Garden Penthouse · Terrace · Sleeps 8
Summary:
A three-bedroom penthouse with a private roof terrace, set across the top of a building in the heart of Covent Garden. Three king bedrooms each with their own en-suite, a full open-plan living space with sofa bed, and a striking stainless-steel kitchen — sleeping up to eight. The terrace is a genuine rarity here: outdoor space and rooftop views right over the West End. Covent Garden and Leicester Square stations are both minutes away, with Theatreland and the Piazza on your doorstep.
The Space:
THE SPACE: A three-bedroom penthouse in the heart of Covent Garden — 111.6 sqm / 1,201 sqft of living space across the top of the building, with a private roof terrace and central heating throughout. Third floor, 3 flights of stairs, no lift.
LIVING AREA: A bright open-plan lounge and dining space beneath twin skylights, anchored by a large corner sofa bed, wall-mounted Smart TV and Denon soundbar, and a feature navy wall. Generous enough to seat the whole group and still feel calm — equally good for a working day or a night in after the theatre.
DINING: A solid timber dining table with seating for six, set directly beneath the skylight in the heart of the open-plan space.
KITCHEN: A standout stainless-steel, industrial-style kitchen — Siemens oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, plus dishwasher and washing machine. Everything for a self-sufficient stay of any length.
BEDROOMS: Three king bedrooms, each with hotel-quality linen, bedside lighting and its own en-suite. Each carries its own character — calm pale-blue, warm coral, and a bold burnt-orange feature wall.
EN-SUITES & BATHROOMS: Three contemporary en-suites in monochrome subway tile with matte-black fittings. The master suite is the centrepiece — a freestanding bath, walk-in rainfall shower and a separate WC.
PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE: A rare slice of the outdoors in central Covent Garden — decked, furnished for lounging, with open rooftop views across the West End. Morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply somewhere to breathe above the buzz.

Clean & attractive accommodations in a great location!
Located in the heart of Covent Gardens, this clean 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom with kitchen and living area was just what we wanted. Locating the entrance was a challenge as the address via google maps did not land us at the door and the street numbers on Long Acre are not sequential. I think Frankie is going to add a picture of his door including the stores on either side to make this easy. We recommend Frankie's as a great place to stay.
Great time at the property and the location is great Easy walk to multiple underground locations (as well as plenty to do in the area). Tesco is right around the corner for grocery needs. Theaters, pubs, cocktail bars, shopping is all close. We utilized the underground and buses the entire trip and never used a taxi/uber once - including the trip to/from the airport. Picadilly line is a straight shot (get off at Covent Garden for easier lift access).
The overall unit is clean, modern and the patio added a bonus.
The living/dining/kitchen areas are roomy and easily allowed 7 of us to socialize and be comfortable.
The bedrooms did not have a lot of storage space but was not a big deal and we were there for 11 days. There is a clothes washer but not a dryer so clothes must be dried on a rack.
Frankie Says was super easy to deal with and answered questions quickly. The access code to the building and apartments worked great.
Only thing to be aware of are the stairs. From walking in off the street to the kitchen/living/master bedroom floor, there are 60 somewhat narrow and winding steps to navigate. Not bad except the first and last day with heavy luggage.
The location was very good, but the accommodation did not live up to expectations. The furniture was budget quality, with only floor stand fans to cool the rooms with no A/C it was uncomfortably warm. I pity the guests staying there in the full summer heat, the skylights overheat the living area every day. There are no plug ins near a mirror to use a hair dryer etc. It is promoted as having 3 king size beds, but all three are queen size at best, definitely not the king size we have a home. It is the top floor, so expect a lot of stairs to access the rental. As for check in, we received an email every day for a week prior with a link to check in instructions which only suggested purchasing an early check in. A couple of weeks before travel we received multiple emails requesting a damage deposit even though we purchased the "insurance policy". Overall a very disorganized process and we would not choose to stay here again. The location doesn't make up of all the issues.

Beautiful apartment and excellent location!
The location of the apartment was prime and the space was beautiful. I stayed with seven of my other friends and we all felt comfortable. The rooftop was gorgeous too, where you can see the top of the London Eye. The comfort of apartment made the rest of our trip run smooth.

Great location, very nice 3 bedroom, owner easy to work with
The VRBO rental we had reserved for several months (i.e. not this one) flooded the day before our arrival, so we booked this rental. The owner was VERY responsive and help and got everything handled before we left from the States. In hind site, this was a much better location. Frankly, not sure if you could find one better and certainly not for the price. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Good location, nice place
The location is very good and the apartment is new, functional, and modern. Beds are quite comfortable. As it is new, there are a few kinks to work out (e.g., light switches in one bedroom), but I'm sure they'll get those working correctly. Also, a small thing, but adding a decent size ice tray or two would make sense. Overall, I'd recommend.
