10 Zinc Modern apartment, amazing Fistral views & sunsets. Close to golf course.
10 Zinc has its own entrance accessed from Headland road.
There are a couple of steps (7) up to the patio and from this point the apartment is all on one level.
We also have available the apartment next door, 9 Zinc, if you would like to book both together - Please enquire for available dates.
The main room has ample space for open plan living with a well appointed modern kitchen with integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and gas hob. (The washer dryer is located in a utility cupboard).
A stylish breakfast bar loosely divides the room and provides a casual area for dining, with a separate dining table.
The living area has comfortable seats, Smart TV with HD and wireless broadband. The patio doors lead out onto the terrace with outside furniture to enjoy the amazing views across the Atlantic coastline and fabulous sun sets.
This 2 bedroomed apartment sleeps 4 people. Service Animals are allowed - please notify us of any animal at the time of booking.
Bedroom 1: has the benefit of a double bed, wardrobe, a beautifully tiled en-suite shower room and a balcony to the rear.
Bedroom 2: sleeps 2 people and has clothes storage.
The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment for maximum relaxation.
