Vacanza rilassante in un posto magnifico e ben curato nei minimi particolari, soprattutto per la pulizia. La piscina privata è una comodità ed insieme al suo terrazzino attrezzato anche con barbecue consente di godersi una bell’aperitivo o una cena in tutta tranquillità fumo a tarda sera. Saverio è stato super accogliente ed insieme a sua moglie Antonella si sono sempre dimostrati disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente

Chouette séjour

Très belle propriété, très bien entretenue, piscine extra. Manque peut-être d’un petit salon dans la maison; pour les jours de pluie il n’y a que la chambre ou les chaises de la cuisine pour se poser. Manque un peu d’intimité, car le propriétaire vérifiait sans arrêt si tout était en ordre et bien géré. Dommage car à part ça il était très sympathique et disponible, il devrait faire plus confiance à ses locataires.

Calme et agréable séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances entre amis dans un endroit calme et reposant avec une jolie piscine partagée. L’endroit est bien situé pour visiter les Pouilles, pleinS de jolies villages alentours.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings

The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was also very cool despite very hot temperatures. The pool and hot tub were both lovely and very relaxing. The surroundings were amazing with exceptional views over the countryside. Saverio was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations of where to eat etc. We had a wonderful week.

Verzorgd verblijf op een rustig domein met zwembad in mooie tuin.Diverse restaurants in Martina Franca. Vriendelijk onthaal door Saverio. Ideale ligging voor uitstappen in Puglia. Een aanrader, ook voor wie graag naar het strand gaat. Je hebt hier de keuze tussen de Adriatische en de Ionische zee (kms zandstranden).

Très bel endroit, , au calme;. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique, nous avons apprécié votre cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, le jardin et la piscine. Tout est fait pour passer de très bonnes vacances Le domaine est superbe et très bien entretenu .Nous avons pu profiter du calme autour de la piscine , du jacuzzi, et apprécier le coucher du soleil sur notre terrasse, face au champ d'oliviers. Séjour très agréable dans un bel environnement

L'ensemble des 3 maisons qui se partagent la piscine est très joli et tres bien entretenu. Vue dégagée sur des terrasses d'oliviers. La grande piscine est très belle et entourée d'oliviers et de pins. La maison est petite mais bien agencée et relativement fraîche, même s'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Petit bémol pour la cuisine ou il manque qq accessoires de cuisine et un lave-vaisselle. Mais vraiment l'ensemble est superbe et reposant!!

Très joli ensemble de maisonettes , bien situé pour visiter la région et les différentes villes et villages. Bon équipement. Un peu humide en début de saison , début avril pluvieux. Propriétaires accueillants et aimables.

Lovely buildings and pool, shame about the rest of it.

Saverio is an excellent host, very welcoming and charming. His property that we stayed in was beautiful but is not geared for self-catering, which is what we expected. There was no sofa or settee or easy chairs in a seating area; the kitchen was dreadfully lacking in equipment and safety items. You would be appalled at the hob and the mismatch of pans that went with it. It was dangerous in the extreme. Handles were not insulated, no oven gloves, and the hob was a curious design which afforded no security for pans on it. There is no draining board and the double sink is right next to the gas hob. There is little work space. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been so much more comfortable. Stone benches with sponge pads are no substitute for comfortable seating. The apartment is only big enough for two people, not four. The single beds are in the exit to the terrace! Not ideal for a family holiday.

Thank you very much for your words about lovely building, lovely Pool, and excellent host. About the rest we would only specify for our future guests: - the kitchen is equipped only from safety items, and the hob is new, it is an italian standard design and certified by a national agency of safety - there is a draining board, just above the double sink - there are oven gloves, but it is made in a silicone material and i supposed you didn't identify it. You were two persons and had available two confortable sofàs with many cushions, that cushions could have be used also for the outside seating area, in addition to owns cushions. In any case we hosted since 2010 in Casa degli ulivi many family with 4 persons without problems and with a good reviews

Schönes und gepflegtes Apartment, ruhige Lage

Wir ( 2 Erw., 2 Kinder 11/13) verbrachten 2 wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in der Casa degli Ulivi. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr privat gelegen, d.h. wir waren für uns und fühlten uns weder beobachtet noch gestört ( und das in der Hochsaison!). Der Pool ist sehr sauber und von vielen Bäumen und Blumen umgeben. Schade nur, dass um 19.00 Schluss ist aber verständlich, da die Eltern von Saverio unmittelbar daneben wohnen und ihre Ruhe möchten. Wir haben fast täglich Ausflüge gemacht aber auch einen Tag am Pool war sehr erholsam - wir waren oft die einzigen Gäste. Wir haben einen ausserordentlich heissen Sommer erwischt - im Haus war es zum Teil unerträglich heiss und gut schlafen war meistens unmöglich. Es hatte einen Stand-Ventilator aber das war zu wenig um beide Schlafzimmer zu kühlen. Für den Hochsommer wäre ein Airconditioner nötig! Auch das Wifi hat nur selten funktioniert und nur Power für 1 Gerät aufs Mal;-). Im grossen Ganzen haben wir 2 tolle, erholsame Wochen verbracht - der Ort empfehlen wir all denen weiter die gerne individuell erkunden und viel Ruhe suchen. Idealer Rückzugsort nach einem ermüdenden Tag.

Vielen Dank für die Rezension. Der Pool ist von 9.30 bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet. Schließzeit war nie starr, so dass Kunden auch nach 19.00 Uhr zu bleiben. Wir mussen der Pool mit dem Roboter zu reinigen, die mindestens 4 Stunden Arbeit benötigt. So dass der Pool ist immer sauber am Morgen. Wir brauchten nie eine Klimaanlage, aber in diesem Jahr Juli war sehr heiß und wir gaben den Ventilator für jedes Zuhause. In den folgenden Tagen kauften wir einen anderen Ventilator in jedem Zimmer. Jede Villa verfügt über eine Internet Schlüssel, die die Kunden konnen mit ihnen in der Stadt bringen. Es gibt die möglichkeit, dass das Signal nicht gut ist, und dass die Navigation ist nicht sehr schnell, da ist die Villa auf dem Land, als auch vom Wetter abhängig und die Art von Computer. Also, wenn die Signal nicht gut ist, kann der Kunde mit ihnen in der Stadt die internet Schlüssel bringen, und navigieren besser.

Would Recommend

Very nice accommodation in a rural area overlooking countryside. Gardens of the property lovely well kept and owners very friendly. Very nice pool area. Basic kitchen in the property and eating out locally is very good and very reasonably priced so no need to cook! Surrounding area lovely and around 40 minute drive to each coast. Lecce worth a visit and we stayed overnight.

A beautiful property in a peaceful setting.

We had a wonderful holiday at Il Borgo della Querce. Spotlessly clean and lovingly restored. The pool is beautiful and a safe walk from the villas. The kids loved riding along the lane on the bikes and there was plenty space for them to play football in the evening. We stayed in casa degli ulivi which had a large terrace with great views. The hosts respected our privacy but were always on hand to advise and help. This is a very safe place for families and there is plenty culture to see within a 30 minute drive. Magnifique séjour dans les pouilles.

Propriétaires chaleureux généreux disponibles .situation exceptionnelle pour visiter cette magnifique région .L endroit est paradisiaque,il ne manque rien pour passer de superbes vacances(piscine grandiose,jacuzzi très agréable,vélo pr se promener ,salle de fitness.......) le gîte est exceptionnel .Il n y a rien a rajouter ,tout à été conçu pour passer des vacances inoubliables en famille.nous recommandons cette location à 200% pour ceux qui veulent visiter les Pouilles et passer un moment de tranquillité .

Picturesque and peaceful location

Neat and well kept unit in beautiful grounds. Description on website quite accurate although the track in is very narrow - not for a large car! Owner is very helpful and met any requests for assistance but he does not live on site. His parents who live on the adjoining property are charming people but speak no english. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Degli Ulivi and would recommend it to others. It is most suitable for couples. Martina Franca nearby is a beautiful small city and is a good base for exploring central Puglia. But there is that hair raising narrow track every time you leave the property!

Thank you very much to recommended our property. The road to get to our property from the principal road (about 800 mt) is tipical of Itria Valley and it is protected by the regional government. So there isn't traffic and the place is very peaceful.

Lovely Trullo, Casa degli Ulivi

We were very pleased with the Casa degli Ulivi. It was everything we read and more. There was a lovely patio that we sat on every morning and evening. Saverio and Antonella were very gracious and helpful with information concerning restaurants and other attractions. We would highly recommend The Casa degli Ulivi The Quigley - Savannah, Ga.

Ein wunderschönes Refugium auf dem Land

Nach 5 Tagen in der schönen Barockstadt Lecce haben wir unsere letzte Urlaubs- woche im Borgo delle Querce verbracht. Von Saverio und Antonella freundlich begrüßt, konnten wir feststellen, dass die Beschreibung bei fewo-direkt und die euphorischen Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger nicht übertrieben waren. Auf dem Küchentisch standen Taralli, Rotwein und Olivenöl. Alles was man für einen er- holsamen Urlaub braucht, war da. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, in einem großen Garten, fernab der Straße von Tarent nach Martina Franca. In der Umge- gibt es viel zu besichtigen, die Strände sind gut zu erreichen. Allerdings ist es am Pool auch sehr schön, vor allem ruhig. Die Betreung, auch durch die Eltern von Saverio, war ausgezeicnet. Saverio hat uns sogar noch eine Jacke nachgeschickt, die wir am letzten Tag in einem Cafe´in Martina Franca liegen gelassen haben.

Our 2 week vacation at II Borgo Delle Querce

My children and I arrive on July 9,2011 for a 2 week stay. On arrival the owners made us feel so at home. Trullo was just beautiful, the grounds were beautiful and the owners were very sweet. The location was perfect. We would ride in to city which took 2 minutes and have breakfast at the cafe's which was perfect, the food was incredible. Martina Franca is a beautiful city. The owners were so helpful when we wanted to go places to see or go to Craves to swim they helped us get their. My children fell in love with Pappa. We had incredible stay at II Borgo Delle Querece and we will return soon. You will love it as much as we did, We even slept one night out side it was so beautiful with the stars my kids and I.

Fantastic Puglian Experience

We spent 2 weeks this September in Casa Degli Ulivi and enjoyed a truly amazing holiday, thanks largely to the hospitality of the owners- Saverio & Antonella and their family. The villa is immaculately presented  and well designed with plenty of space for relaxing. The attention to detail throughout the property and the grounds is impressive, including the car port and tools for the free bikes- we were even brought an umbrella without asking on one day that it rained! The villa is nicely situated a few kms south of the bustling Martina Franca and within easy reach of Locorotondo, Ostuni and Cisternino, all of which are worth a visit. Having the choice of 2 coasts is also a bonus, with Saverio able to provide advice of where to go based on the prevailing weather. Thanks again to Saverio and family for a wonderful fortnight, we look forward to returning in the future and would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Excellent property and surroundings

We had an excellent week at casa degli ulivi. Our expectations were very well met. The owner provided great service before and during our stay. The family is very friendly and eager to help you with all the information you need - and we loved the fresh fruits and vegetables! The villa was very nice and well equipped, the garden is beautiful and the poolarea is great! There are bicycles at the disposal of the guests wich is great. Martina Franca is a very nice city and the surroundings are beautiful with many interesting places to visit. We can highly recomend to spend your holiday at this place.
