This luxurious apartment with its own main door represents the perfect crash pad within the centre of Glasgow. Its spacious layout and contemporary style make it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the sights of Glasgow or indeed chill out after a long day`s work in the city!
A stone`s throw away from some of Glasgow`s best bars and restaurants you will struggle to find a better location. It is only a short 10-minute walk from George Square and Princess Street train station
The interior is designed to feel modern, luxurious and contemporary. We wanted to encapsulate Glasgow`s modern style and rich culture while still accounting for modern living.
We installed secondary windows and deluxe curtains to allow you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and retreat into our oasis of calm!
The bed linen is of hotel quality standard and we provide all the amenities in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. - Please be aware that the entrance stairwell into our apartment is a locked communal area shared by all the apartments in this building. Unfortunately, we don`t have much control over this area and it may appear tatty and dark. The building is 120 years old and not the `brand new` light and airy marble hotel lobby you may be accustomed to. If you feel this will make you uncomfortable please do not book or contact us with questions.
- Locals must contact us prior to booking.
- Please read the apartment manual on arrival at the property.
- No shoes indoors - in particular high-heels due to real wooden floors. Damage to our wooden floors may be charged to your card (hint: they are expensive).
- Please respect our neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. Please be quiet when entering and exiting the building. It is a quiet neighbourhood - strictly no parties. Our neighbours will make us aware of any parties and the police will be called and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
- We don`t offer a maid service. It is a self catering apartment - if you make use of the kitchen please wash your dishes.
- Towels provided must not be used for removal of makeup etc.
- No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.
- No commercial activities are allowed without prior approval - i.e. filming.
- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense burners permitted. You must leave the premises to smoke. Please don`t dispose of butts on the ground.
- Garbage should be removed regularly to prevent smell and so as not to attract pests.
- If you damage something you should inform us so we can come to a fair agreement. If we have to request money for damage through Airbnb we will request the full replacement cost.

The property is very comfortable with good facilities and in excellent repair. It is cleaned to a good standard and the property company that look after it are very nice to deal with. It is in a good location near the town centre and all in all a great base for either visiting Glasgow or other parts of Scotland.
We had four adults sharing this apartment.

close to center of city and easy to get around in by public transit. the knives were pretty dull tough, which is not especially safe. no other complaints.
Great location. Flat was clean and comfortable. Host left us great information about what to do and where to eat. I have some compromised mobility, and this flat had easy access.
The property was spacious, extremely clean, beautifully appointed, and conveniently located - close to the bus station (15 min by walk), train station (8 min), and the downtown area (5-10 min). Apartment was warm and cozy. Washer and dryer worked well and well maintained. Nice sheets and comfortable bed made our family well rested. Seamless self check-in and self check-out process. Apartment was large, nicely decorated, and we had lots of space to relax during our stay in Glasgow. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable. There were four adults in our party and having two bathrooms was great. My wife and I took the en-suite. As Americans, we loved the washer and separate dryer, although we learned how to use the European washer/dryer units in the other places we stayed during our two-week vacation in the UK. Location was ideal. I was able to run to and enjoy Kelvingrove Park and we could walk to great restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive and provided some great recommendations, including afternoon tea at the Mackintosh at the Willow.
Easy check in. Easy communication with the hosts. This apartment was comfy, fully equipped and a great location. You can easily walk anywhere, but also hop on a bus within a block. The Qpark worked perfectly for our car. We’ve been to other apartments in Glasgow- this apartment would be our top choice for our next visit to town.
