Our recently updated Casa Rogers is located on the ground floor of the quiet and central Fabrica Velha residential complex in Carvoeiro. Enjoy the convenience of a closed community while being just a short walk away from the local beach, shops, hiking trails, restaurants, and bars. Whether you want to relax on different beaches, explore the charming towns of Silves or Lagos, hike or bike in the Monchique Mountains, or enjoy activities like kiting, surfing, cave tours, sailing, or water parks, everything is within easy reach. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to many renowned Algarve courses, all within about a 25-minute drive.



The apartment offers 60 square meters of comfortable living space on the bottom floor. It features a spacious kitchen, a single bedroom with air conditioning, and one bathroom with a shower (not en-suite). The living room includes a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults and opens onto a large terrace furnished with dining and lounging areas, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Guests have access to the communal pool and sunbathing area nestled amongst olive trees. A private parking space is also available within the secure complex.

Very nice apartment as described. The place is quiet. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach which allows you to not be in the bustle of the city but still be close. The hygiene is impeccable.

This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated apartment. The town it’s located in had lots to do and lots of restaurants. The only downside was the shared pool had lots of unnecessary rules including no inflatablesballs which made it a bit boring for kids.

I was in Carvoeiro for the third time with my husband and our 11-year-old daughter and for the first time at this place. We felt like at home. ❤️ It is lovingly and tastefully decorated. The terraces, above and below, the most beautiful of the whole residential complex, with the plants and furniture very comfortable. I 100% recommend this place.

Great location

Location, area was quiet despite being close to a road and car park, pool was clean and complex was kept very well. Apartment was very well equipped. An extra key would be good, and a microwave would be handy but not essential. A beach umbrella would also be a nice touch.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Pictures don’t do it justice in all honesty. Great location, a few minutes walk to the beach . Nice and private, a quiet spot away from any noise. We really enjoyed the use of the shared pool. The bakery round the corner is fantastic for fresh bread in the morning. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. A super comfortable stay, we will definitely return. Kids loved having their own mini apartment upstairs.

Great house, great location

The house was fantastic with everything you could need. Very clean and well furnished with lovely outside terraces. The private parking is good but not required as this place is within walking distance of everything Carvoeiro. Pool was great too! Fantastic holiday and a place we would definitely stay again. The access gates to the parking and properties were temperamental and often failed to work which became an annoyance to all. The pool is great but the steps in the pool require some attention as they are verging on being unsafe. As do the sun beds which are also at there life’s end. All more related to the condominium management and not a reflection on the property

We had a lovely stay at this holiday home. It was perfectly suited for our family with two children, one of whom is an infant. All the essential equipment was available, which made our stay both easy and comfortable. The information about the property, the area, and the house rules was clear and easy to understand even before arrival. Everything was also very clean and fresh, which we really appreciated. In addition, the entire area was very calm and relaxed. The accommodation worked perfectly as a base for excursions – an ideal location for exploring different parts of the Algarve coast. We highly recommend this place!
