Apartamento La Torna by Casasol
Fresh 2 bed-apartment of about 75 sqm plus balcony towards quiet courtyard with wonderful afternoon and evening sun.
La Torna Casasol is newly refurbished and furnished for maximum comfort and it is one of 30 apartments in the pleasant small typical Spanish community. Most people live here all year round, and some apartments are also rented out.
The fully air-conditioned apartment is on the third floor which is accessed via comfortable stairs. NOTE! No elevator. On the entrance side, next to the front door, there is a small café table and chairs for breakfast in the morning sun. Here you see a glimpse of the mighty mountains that surround Nerja. From the front door you enter the hall, kitchen and living room in light and open floor plan.
The fully equipped brand-new kitchen has everything you might need to make the most of your vacation, such as induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a wine cabinet
The spacious living room is bright with sofa and 49 'flat screen TV with more than 190 International Channels and a High-Speed Fiber Internet.
Here you will also find the balcony, with terrace furniture and awning, facing west overlooking a quiet courtyard.
Two spacious bedrooms, both with new 90x200 beds and new six cm thick "memory foam" top mattresses for excellent comfort. "Master bedroom" has a 180-bed top mattress.
The second bedroom has two 90-bed top mattresses, the beds can be furnished either as single beds or as a double bed, as desired. In addition, there are two newly fitted bathrooms with shower. The larger bathroom has a double sink and washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. There are also an iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
The apartment is about 450 meters from the Torrecilla Beach and 350 from the El Salon Beach. You can walk to the city's central neighbourhood in about 3-4 minutes on the pedestrian street and over the "Plaza Cavana" square. A large Supermarket (Mercadona) is 600 meters north, but there is also a service store just 120 meters north. No car needed here. Everything is within easy walking distance.
The Urbanisation offers a community parking space area which you can use if there is a free space. No Parking guaranteed!
We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered if you arrive later.
Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
