Resort Fee includes WiFi, 24 hour fitness center, pools, DVD rentals, seasonal activities, garden gas grills, 24 hour lobby coffee, tea and cocoa, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info, check in and out times, local info, everything you need will be sent via email once you make your final payment on the reservation. If you pay in full, we'll send the confirmation letter right away.

PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation will be made in the name of the person making the purchase, if additional names need to be added to your reservation for check in purposes (arriving on different flights, etc), please notify us at the time of purchase or at least 7 days prior to arrival date of the additional names that should be permitted to check in. If a name is not on the reservation they will not be permitted to check in, no exceptions.

Problem checking

I could not get there pm because of backup on the 17. I arrived early Friday and was told my reservation had been cancelled. I had to talk to a manager who also stated it couldn’t be reinstated. I had to argue with and it was one half hour before reservation was finally reinstated. A fully paid for with a written confirmation cancelled without even trying to contact me. Very poor

The properties provided to VRBO renters are sub-standard at best. Ours was a unit that felt like a cave to enter through. When we got in there was toothpaste on the fabric chair, the cabinet door in the kitchen fell off when we opened it, the shower dripped, and the view off the door wall was of a 30’ net to stop golf balls from hitting the condo. The rooms were nothing like the pictures. They moved us to a new room two days later that had a better view but the sink was plugged in the bathroom, the hot water handle leaked water, the furniture was dated and uncomfortable, and the dish washer didn’t work. The sales staff misrepresented their products and when we filed a complaint their escalation department stated that that didn’t matter. I would never recommend a diamond resort to anyone and would highly recommend staying anywhere but here

We loved the unit! It had all the amenities that we wanted! The king size bed was very comfortable, the pull out couch was memory foam, the kitchen was nice, and there was a washer and dryer in the unit.
