Cozy studio in a great neighborhood

Great location for my itinerary in Sedona, easy access to main highway for all hiking and day trips. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood and just 5 minutes to Oak Village for groceries and restaurants.

Great little home in a nice quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed the stay. It was just the right size for the two of us. Very clean and well kept. Would stay here again.

Nice place but …

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. However, we were cold - the weather was in 50’s - and we never could get heater to work. There had to be 25 or more signs all over the place telling us “don’t leave lights on”, “don’t do this”, “don’t do that”. It was very off putting. Why not just list rules in the agreement and be done with it? Also, there was no dishwasher, so we had to hand wash all utensils and pots and pans. Not sure we would stay there again.

Amazing Little Cottage

This studio cottage was perfect for my fiance and I. It was super spacious, close to everything, and very clean. I would book again!

Comfortable

Comfortable,clean, cozy and quiet. Staff was very helpful when the door lock didn’t work for me and the cable box for the tv didn’t work. Beautiful place to stay.
