Villa Iro is located in a fabulous location only a few hundred metres away from the coast, with local shops and tavernas within walking distance. Offering wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and out to sea, the setting is in spacious pretty, colourful gardens,whilst the stylish, welcoming and thoroughly comfortable villa is an oasis of calm in a countryside location. The ground floor features the open plan kitchen, dining and seating areas with comfy sofas and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, The 2 twin bedrooms are on the lower ground floor each with ensuite shower roooms and opening onto a seperate terrace with a vine covered pergola for extra dining options. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a handy bathroom, which boasts a private balcony with stunning views of fields and the sea. The villa's clever design ensures plenty of space to spread out and relax with the immaculate lawns surrounding a larger than average swimming pool and a sturdy barbecue perfect for al fresco cooking. Svoronata has three lovely sandy beaches Ai Helis, Avithos and Ammos to choose from, and it is a delight to explore on foot, following the winding lanes between orchards, olive groves down to the coast, with Argostoli the capital, a 10 minute drive.

The villa it self was lovely clean the rooms were nice size beds very comfortable, the pool V nice

Renting this property was good, the owner was very helpful in all respects. The only thing that in my opinion was not good was that Vrbo still had not payed the owner for our stay 8 days after we arrived, I emailed Vrbo they got back to me very quickly and said they were investigating the problem, i hope for the owner and Vrbo can resolve the issue.

From the moment we booked to leaving Ivo was wonderful. The photos for the villa do not do it justice Forget about the planes they are few and far between (and I actually liked seeing them) The location is wonderful close to beaches. We had two cars and would spend one day exploring the beautiful island. Would love to come back. Thank you Ivo for having us.
