Perfect Location

Besides the long walk up to the apt (70 stairs), the apt was well appointed, in a great neighborhood and the advertisement of the space was accurate.

Convenient location in a historic building

Super easy and clear communication with the host, the driver from the airport was charming and knowledgeable. The apartment is more spacious than the listing shows, and everything we needed was there! Pay attention that this is a historic building and therefore has no elevator and some quirks, including that the plumbing in the downstairs bathroom occasionally is a bit aromatic! The water pressure is great though, and nothing was backed up … The location was great and the hosts are amazing - everyone in our party agreed we would absolutely stay there again

Great Location, Lots of stairs, No Parking

On the positive side, the location is excellent. You can walk everywhere through the old city of Palermo. On the negative side, and there are plenty, one of the biggest reasons we chose this property because it claimed nearby parking. There is no parking nearby, unless you consider a 15 minute walk nearby. The apartment was remodeled and had nice amenity it’s, but all the little things were not there. We stayed in a nearby property 6 months ago with friends and it was far superior. This place was basic. If you stay here, be ready for lots of stairs. 4 floors up and there is even a set of stairs to get to the main bedroom suite. Finally, there was no hot water for the first two days, When the representative of. The owner came by, she adjusted the water heater thermostat and we had hot water. It took two days to get there?

Joe, mi dispiace molto leggere queste tue parole. Il parcheggio c’è ma è su strada e bisogna cercarlo, essendo in centro storico è molto trafficato! Non mensioniamo Mai di un parcheggio privato e sotto casa, ma la pizza più vicina dista 200mt e li puoi parcheggiare. Il palazzo essendo storico non dispone di ascensore e l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano, non al quarto, inoltre quando avete detto che non vi arrivava l’acqua calda abbiamo subito risolto non mi sembra siate stati due giorni con l’acqua fredda
