The apartment is located on the third floor of an historic building, completely renovated, located in the heart of Palermo, a stone's throw from the city's main historical and cultural points of interest.
A few meters away is the UNESCO-listed Arab-Norman route.

The house is located in the old quarter of the Kalsa, a few steps from the Foro Italico, the Cala tourist port, and it is close to historic monuments and art sites such as Palazzo Steri, the Abatellis Museum and many others. Just outside the door you find yourself among the streets, alleys and squares of the most ancient district of Palermo, the real "belly" of the city, where the noble soul of historical buildings and monumental churches, the markets folklore with the aromas and flavors of the street food and the cultural soul of museums and theaters meet and clash in harmony and contradiction. Nearby you will also find many restaurants and typical trattorias.

The central station, where the airport shuttles and buses stops are to be found, is located a few meters from the apartment.
