The building where the accommodation is located consists of a garage with direct access to the accommodation, a small landscaped perimeter area, a covered swimming pool with a built-in Jacuzzi (only with access in the summer months) and an outdoor recreation area.
Both the accommodation and its surroundings are ideal to enjoy with your children or pets as they have closed common areas within the property.
In addition, given the uniqueness of its "appeasements", any type of stain or unwanted dirt can be removed in a super aseptic way, without leaving any trace.

The accommodation will not leave you indifferent since, from the first view from the outside of the facade of the property, you will be able to verify its uniqueness by being in its entirety (facades, portal, staircase, kitchens, terraces, bathrooms, patio, outdoor recreation areas, swimming pool roof, etc.) built with "Piedra de Colmenar", Spanish Travertine Marble and its windows are made of treated wood.
The living room with a large window and a large access door to the terrace, is divided into two areas, the living room with a double sofa bed and the dining room with a table for 6 people.
This gives access to a terrace where an outdoor table with six chairs is installed.
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc., the washing machine, the boiler and the drying area are located on a small terrace attached to it.
The main bedroom, has two single beds, has a private bathroom, with a large shower at ground level, sink, WC. and bidet.
In the second bedroom, two 90 ct single beds have been installed. Needless to say, we will raise any objections if you prefer to join them.
