Wonderful villa immersed in the green hills of Camaiore.
The recently built house is located in the center of a vast lawn, full of fruit trees, olive trees and cypresses, which houses a splendid swimming pool in a well-kept garden.
The panoramic view from the villa is truly suggestive: it offers a close-up view of the surrounding mountains and a broad view of the town from above.
Very quiet area, ideal for spending moments of total relaxation.

The house is divided over two floors and is composed as follows:

The first floor has a spacious living room with dining area, comfortable sofa, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime etc.) and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower cubicle, a second double bedroom, a bedroom with single bed and second pull-out single bed, and a bathroom with bathtub. The room gives direct access to a terrace where you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view.

The ground floor is similar, offering a large room with dining area, comfortable sofa, smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime etc.) and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with single bed and second single pull-out bed, and a bathroom with shower box.

There is ample parking at the house - the property is fenced and equipped with an electric gate. Free WiFi.

Beautiful property in stunning location

The villa was absolutely beautiful, everything we needed. The location and pool were outstanding - situated in quiet foothills but walkable into the centre of town, the pool is large and surrounded by olive trees and flowers.

A wonderful place for a vacation

The house is very nice, including everything you need for a nice vacation - even a grill. The view is fantastic, you actually don’t want to leave this place. And the pool - gorgeous… We will come back for sure!!!

Nice house with a amazing view

Quiet, clean, beautiful nature and a amazing pool area. Would recommend this to everyone who want to see Italy from its beautiful nature and relaxing point of view and with a short distance to the tourist attraction site. The host was great, if we had any problems he was there to help us with everything.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in the villa! The location was perfect; close enough to the centre of Camaiore to walk and get an ice cream in the evening, but also in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and the garden of the villa are amazing. Jonathan is a great host, quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to come back!

Great Space

4 adults, 1 teen and 1 10 year old stayed in June 2025. It was very hot and so we were deeply appreciative of the large pool. Jonathan was responsive and great to connect with - communication around pool cleaning was always clear and flexible. Great holiday, great space that matches the description shared.Highly recommend the restaurant at the end of the road - reservation needed, but great value and wonderful food.

Tolle Unterkunft, aber nur im Sommer

Wir waren mit 12 Personen zwischen 13 und 48 Jahren und einem Hund im Haus. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, weil das Wetter super war und wir den ganzen Tag draußen sein konnten. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt, der Pool groß und schön. Der Pool hätte etwas öfter gereinigt werden können.Aber:Das Haus innen ist sehr dunkel und lieblos eingerichtet. Im unteren Teil gibt es keine richtigen Fenster in den Schlafzimmern. Die Betten sind alt, die Matratzen durchgelegen. Die Matratzen in den Ausziehbetten sind so schlecht, dass unsere Kinder lieber auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben. Eines der Kinder hatte morgens sogar Abdrücke der Sprungfedern auf dem Bauch!Fazit:Im Sommer, wenn das Wetter gut ist und man den ganzen Tag draußen sein kann, ist das Haus ok.Wenn das Wetter schlecht ist bzw. im Frühling, Herbst und Winter ist das Haus absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Schwarzschimmel und dunkel

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage und einen schönen Pool. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt, es gab es wahnsinnig viele Mücken am Pool. Das größte Problem war die untere Wohnung, die dadurch, dass diese hauptsächlich im Erdreich ist (Hanglage), extrem dunkel ist.. Es hat ekelhaft muffig gestunken und es gab zahlreiche schwarz verschimmelt Stellen - vor allem in den drei Schlafzimmern hinter den Betten, in allen Ecken und in den Schränken. Die Bettwäsche, die Matratzen sowie weitere Decken in den Schränken haben widerlich gestunken. Im Schrank selbst waren die Innenseiten der Türen von dunklem Schimmel überzogen. Die Wohnung war unbewohnbar, und wir sind direkt mit in den oberen Teil zu unseren Freunden zu dritt in ein Zimmer gezogen. Am nächsten Tag kam Jonathan mit Bleiche und Raumduft und hat die Räume damit behandelt. Auch danach war es nicht möglich, in dem Apartment zu wohnen. Für Jonathan war das Problem damit gelöst und er wurde unangenehm angriffslustig. Wir haben mit viel Aufwand ein anderes Ferienhaus angemietet. Wie sich herausstellte, haben wir nur 25 Prozent der Reisekosten zurück erstattet bekommen. die Buchung des neuen Ferienhauses müssen wir zahlen. Nie wieder FeWo.

Gemütliches Familienidyll in der Toskana

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, auch der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Nachbarpool stört überhaupt nicht. Die Anlage um das Haus ist so wie man sich die Toskana wünscht. Viele Olivenbäume, zirpende Zikaden und eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei oder drei Kindern. Das Haus hat unseren Ansprüchen zur Genüge gereicht, allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte. Man sollte Fliegengitter zumindest an die Schlafzimmer machen. In der unteren Wohnung, d.h. in den Schlafzimmern sind so kleine Fenster, daß man so gut wie keine Frischluft abbekommt. Das ist gerade wenn man schlafen will sehr schlecht. Der Vermieter sollte mal über eine Klimaanlage nachdenken. Das soll keine Kritik sein, wir wussten ja Bescheid, ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden. Der sehr nette Vermieter hat sich regelmäßig um den relativ großen Pool gekümmert. Dort gibt es ausreichend Sonnenliegen, eine Außendusche und sogar ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette unter dem Pool, echt super, gerade für die längeren Abende. Der Weg zum Haus ist anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell dran. Gerade wenn man schon öfters in Italien Urlaub gemacht hat.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Manches wirkte jedoch sehr alt. Es roch etwas muffig, was durch künstliche Raumdüfte versucht wurde zu übertünchen. Die Matratzen waren teilweise sehr durchgelegen. Der Pool war sehr schön, die Außenanlage sehr gepflegt. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Camaiore

Das Haus liegt schön oberhalb des Ortes. Das Highlight ist der große Pool, in dem man richtig Bahnen schwimmen kann. Nachteilig ist, dass die untere Wohnung etwas dunkel ist. Die Fenster sind klein. Deshalb riechen die Zimmer etwas muffig. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und sollten getauscht werden. Aber alles in allem war es sehr schön und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter freundlich und problemlos.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit schönem und großem Pool

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Der Vermieter ist sehr kooperativ, kommunikativ und besorgt um das Wohlbefinden des Gastes. Wir waren zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft, die sich aus zwei übereinanderliegenden Wohnungen zusammensetzt, für zwei Familien mit jeweils bis zu 3 Kindern weiterempfehlen. Im Aussenbereich gibt es mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen sehr großen Grillkamin. Parkplätze sind ausreichend und direkt am Objekt vorhanden, sowie eine gut ausgebaute Zufahrt zu Gelände. Wir fühlten uns wohl und könnten uns einen weiteren Urlaub in diesem Haus gut vorstellen.

Ein wundervolle Woche in der Toskana

Wir waren eine gemischte Gruppe von Kleinkindern, Kindern und Erwachsenen und fanden das Haus, den Garten und den Pool in einem top Zustand vor. Wir haben den Platz, die vielen Möglichkeiten zu Essen (zwei Tische drinnen und zwei Terassen draußen!!) genossen, die Aussicht auf die Berge, den sauberen Pool mit Liegestühlen und die große Ausstattung der Küchen uvm.. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war sofort Jemand da. Wir können dieses Haus wärmsten weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den unkomplizierten und flexiblen Check-In/Out!

Schöne Villa in toller Lage

Vielen Dank für den tollen, freundlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter! Das Haus mit Pool ist wirklich toll und eigentlich mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Aufteilung in zwei voneinander getrennte Wohnungen ist perfekt für den Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Leider sind bis auf die zwei großen Doppelbetten die Betten und Matratzen nicht so gut. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen war auch immer wieder ein Problem und im Bad roch es häufig sehr unangenehm aus dem Abfluss. Der Vermieter hat aber bereits angekündigt, sich darum zu kümmern. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die tolle Lage in der Nähe von Meer und Bergen sehr genossen.

Tutto come previsto! Soggiorno ottimo.

Proprietario chiaro e sempre disponibile già dal momento della prenotazione, fino a fine vacanza. Casa pulita ed esattamente come le aspettative. ( anzi dal vivo merita ancora di più). Zona tranquilla a 15/20 minuti di macchina da Lido di Camaiore. Abbiamo soggiornato tra giugno e luglio quindi strade scorrevoli e poco traffico. Insomma una vacanza in pieno relax. Da consigliare assolutamente.
