Location: this large, beautiful villa is located in Camaiore. The house is surrounded by a fantastic garden (2000 m²) in which a covered (with openable glass roof) swimming pool (10m x 5m large, the depth is from 0.40, then 1.20 and over half 2.20 metres). A beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture and the well-maintained garden are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Due to the convenient location, guests can also go shopping or for coffee on foot and experience the Italian life in Camaiore. The centre of Camaiore is about 900 metres away. Garden and pool are for exclusive use. Parking spaces on the property.

A really nice house to bring family and friends to!

It was a very nice house! Everything you could need was there. A large nice pool and sunbeds made us choose to stay at home instead of going to the beach.

Check-in was very straight forward and the proprietor Signor Palmerini was very helpful. The kitchens were well equipped, including 2 freezers and 2 fridges. There was a good barbecue area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean with 5 good bathrooms and air conditioning in 6 bedrooms. The grounds and swimming pool were excellent and it was a short walk into town.

Geweldig verblijf

Wij waren in oktober in Camaiore, de vriendelijke eigenaren hebben ons erg goed geholpen. Het is een nette en fijne villa op loopafstand van het centrum van Camaiore waar veel horeca is en andere geweldige bestemmingen (Lucca, Cinque Terre, Pisa) binnen een uur rijden. De villa is nog mooier en ruimer dan op de foto's en van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren met 7 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 1 en 2, en we hadden ruimte genoeg! Het is er 's nachts heel stil en het huis is super degelijk en dus niet gehorig. Zou het iedereen aanraden. Het zwembad heeft ook een ondiep gedeelte voor kinderen, en door de overkapping ook in oktober nog fijn qua temperatuur. De v

Es tut uns leid, dass es während Ihres Aufenthalts in der Toskana einen schrecklichen Regensturm gab, den noch nie zuvor gab, der große Schäden in der Ganze Region verursachte.Ihre bescheidene Bewertung für das Ferienhaus aufgrund des Regens, die zu einer außergewöhnlichen Präsenz von Moskitos führten, ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Das hat mit der Qualität des Ferienhauses nichts zu tun und hat in einer Bewertung nichts verloren. Das Haus, hat bis heute eine durchschnittliche Bewertungsnote von 9/10 hatte, wurde von Ihnen aufgrund eines naturgeschichtlichen Ereignisses, nicht fair bewertet

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, jedoch die Kommunikation mit den Hauseigentümern schwierig, da nur italienisch verstanden und gesprochen wurde.

Flott hus i vakre omgivelser. Rent og pent. Passet perfekt for oss på 9 personer. Flott basseng Ikke langt til sentrum hvor det var butikker og mange spisesteder. Verten snakket kun italiensk .

Super Familienurlaub über Pfingsten

Seher schöner Aufenthalt Klasse Haus in ruhiger Lage Fußläufig 10-15 min. Ist die Ortschaft Camaiore erreichbar. Wir waren 8 Personen von 7-77Jahre Super großer Pool und alles wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden . Ehrlich Beschrieben Unser Hund war auch dabei !! Alles eingezäunt Klasse Übernahme alles reibungslos und einfach Wir würden das Haus wieder nehmen

Chère Jennifer, merci pour votre commentaire. Le coût du nettoyage final est à prendre en compte pour une très grande maison avec un grand jardin et une piscine. Les enfants s'amusent autant que les adultes, si ce n'est plus. C'est pourquoi nous pensons qu'il est juste que les enfants paient également le nettoyage final. Merci tout de même pour cette réflexion

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Einfach perfekt. Das Haus und der Pool sind in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für 9 Personen. Camaiore liegt ca 15 min vom Strand und 40 min von Lucca entfernt. Die Eigentümer waren nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Waschmaschine ging kaputt, am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine neue. Die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert. Man konnte richtig schwimmen!!! Alles in allem würde ich das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

La casa è decisamente bella e per chi cerca tranquillità è perfetta. La piscina è grande e pulita così come tutta la casa. Se siete un gruppo di giovani di 20 anni però evitate, i vicini si lamentano del casino. Altra pecca il mare è lontano, non si riesce a godere a pieno. Prezzo finale per la pulizia a testa esagerato.

Très bel endroit. La maison est vraiment agréable, bien située, très propre, sans vis-à-vis et elle a beaucoup de cachet. Il est juste un peu dommage de payer un peu cher le nettoyage (20€ par personne et les enfants comptent). En tout cas, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
