The house is surrounded by a fantastic garden (2000 m²) in which a covered (with openable glass roof) swimming pool (10m x 5m large, the depth is from 0.40, then 1.20 and over half 2.20 metres). A beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture and the well-maintained garden are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. Due to the convenient location, guests can also go shopping or for coffee on foot and experience the Italian life in Camaiore. The centre of Camaiore is about 900 metres away. Garden and pool are for exclusive use. Parking spaces on the property.
Equipment: The furnishing is tasteful. The living area is 160 m2 on 3 floors, on the ground floor, comfortably furnished: Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Exit to the veranda. 1 bathroom with shower/bidet/WC and washing machine. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Kitchenette. 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet/WC.

A really nice house to bring family and friends to!

It was a very nice house! Everything you could need was there. A large nice pool and sunbeds made us choose to stay at home instead of going to the beach.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Einfach perfekt. Das Haus und der Pool sind in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für 9 Personen. Camaiore liegt ca 15 min vom Strand und 40 min von Lucca entfernt. Die Eigentümer waren nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Waschmaschine ging kaputt, am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine neue. Die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert. Man konnte richtig schwimmen!!! Alles in allem würde ich das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Villa de rêve

Maison formidable pour des belles vacances. La zone autour de la maison assez moyenne mais une fois dans la propriété on se croit au paradis. Accès facile. Superbe piscine.
