NICE MEDITERRANEAN VILLA IN CUMBRE DEL SOL - BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL. For a maximum of 8 guests.
DISTRIBUTION: The villa LA CASA DE PAPEL, in Mediterranean style is organized on a single floor. The main entrance is through the terrace at pool level and gives us access to a large space formed by the living and dining room very well lit. The dining room consists of a table and chairs with capacity for all guests of the villa. The living room is composed of two polypiel sofas of three seats each, a center table and a television. Behind the dining room is the american kitchen fully equipped and with all the necessary elements for the preparation of meals with family or friends. A corridor gives us access to the four bedrooms of the villa: two bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower each; and the other two consist of two single beds each. There is a third bathroom with bathtub in the hallway.
EXTERIOR: Upon entering the property we have access to the parking lot where we can park two vehicles. The villa is surrounded by a garden distributed in several heights. The main terrace is climbing some stairs at pool level. It is formed by a chill out area where we can enjoy magnificent sunsets among friends. Right next door is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Opposite is the pool surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun and climate of the Costa Blanca Region. The sea view is beautiful. Privacy and relaxation will be the words of order of a successful stay in this villa.
SITUATION: The villa LA CASA DE PAPEL is located in a quiet area, offers calm and tranquility very close to the sea. It is a few minutes drive from all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and water activities in the village of Benitachell.
